Ivy the only person working the night shift tonight and she was absolutely killing it on her own. Food took a little longer and order wasn’t 100% correct but I don’t blame the worker. Whoever managers this restaurant is an absolutely terrible manager, how would you let 1 employee run the whole store overnight. Especially a female in the area that it’s at is absolutely wild

My favorite jack in the box. Except at night, the drive thru lady is so obnoxious and she's kind of rude too... other than that I have been eating at this location for years and years, and I still love it?

We always go through drive-thru and although they are super quick, they almost never get all of our order right. And their defense all of our sandwiches are usually special order but I would rather wait the extra 5 minutes to make sure my sandwich was made properly. Also they switched the $5 meal from a double burger fry and a drink to an itty bitty burger and a taco fry and drink. ???
