Trying to understand why the menu for this drink reads Watermelon lemonade swirl but when I tried to order it the young lady taking the order said “I can’t do that” with no further explanation! So then we asked well are you out if one ABs she says no! Also ordered 14 tacos and asked for a ton of hot sauce. I got 9 hot sauces for 14 tacos. I guess they can’t do math either

For the bathroom having to habe a code the bathroom was dirty. Couldnt even get a sheets of toilet paper off the roll without it cutting off every single sheet. Time limit to sit down and eat ? Ridiculous

First, the service was horrible. The cashier refused to sell me ketchup to use the restroom because I hadn't purchased a meal. Not only that, but there was a homeless man outside asking everyone for money. I had to give my money to the next person in line so they could purchase something for me to use the restroom. Then the cashier said I didn't have to be rude.

I don’t like that they can’t help you if you don’t have your physical coupon every other fast food place I go helps I had forgotten my coupon when I left home was 40 min away they didn’t care because they said they have to count it the end of shift or something like that just ended up eating somewhere else

Once I ordered a burger and after waiting for 5 minutes I got my bag and when I got home my burger had no meat on it it was just lettuce onion and tomato and I asked for no tomato another time I got a four piece nugget with the food I got and one of the nuggets wasn't even a nugget it was something weird this seems to be a common recurrence at this location

The manager was being rude EVER since I got INTO the drive thru intercom to order my food, I found out it was the manager till I drove up the window and STILL GIVING ME A UGLY LOOK & ATTITUDE FOR NO REASON, I don't know if she's having a bad day but I clearly did NOT have anything to do with that, I just simply just got off work and was hungry so I stopped @jackinthebox I was having a good day till she messed my day up, please train your employees JACK !
