First, the service was horrible. The cashier refused to sell me ketchup to use the restroom because I hadn't purchased a meal. Not only that, but there was a homeless man outside asking everyone for money. I had to give my money to the next person in line so they could purchase something for me to use the restroom. Then the cashier said I didn't have to be rude.

I don’t like that they can’t help you if you don’t have your physical coupon every other fast food place I go helps I had forgotten my coupon when I left home was 40 min away they didn’t care because they said they have to count it the end of shift or something like that just ended up eating somewhere else

Once I ordered a burger and after waiting for 5 minutes I got my bag and when I got home my burger had no meat on it it was just lettuce onion and tomato and I asked for no tomato another time I got a four piece nugget with the food I got and one of the nuggets wasn't even a nugget it was something weird this seems to be a common recurrence at this location

The manager was being rude EVER since I got INTO the drive thru intercom to order my food, I found out it was the manager till I drove up the window and STILL GIVING ME A UGLY LOOK & ATTITUDE FOR NO REASON, I don't know if she's having a bad day but I clearly did NOT have anything to do with that, I just simply just got off work and was hungry so I stopped @jackinthebox I was having a good day till she messed my day up, please train your employees JACK ! This food and service is not even worth the time anymore, always dry or old looking not fresh food, fries and tacos usually taste old, usually end up sick from the sauces, probably being left out and old too.

I ordered two tacos and mini churros at the drive-through and pulled into the parking lot to eat them. They were ice cold, not even warm. I pulled back through the drive-through and got two more tacos. I didn’t even bother to ask for more churros. They were ice cold also.
