If you see a post from me about a Jack in the box and I'm giving review then that's the Jack in the box to go to here in San Diego or anywhere else definitely don't go to the Jack in the box on Broadway in Chula Vista I've gotten sick eating or two times and when I called to complain instead of getting cooperation they cussed me out.

they changed the kiosk so you cant customize your order anymore (i.e cant sub curly fries). the service is abysmally slow and the store appears to be understaffed (only 3 people in the kitchen). id look for a different jack in the box if possible

Well, I’m very upset Yesterday, on my way to pick up My Wife from college I stopped to get a large chocolate shake They said it was going to be about six bucks. I said OK not a big deal little expensive but whatever. I look at my bank statement today and they are charging me $20 pending now I don’t have the receipt to prove that I bought one item but I don’t know what to do so I just lost money. I use my Apple Pay and somehow they manage to take $20 from me so if you use Apple Pay keep track of your account. Keep track of your bank statements. Keep that receipt until you check it because this place is scamming people.

I started coming here about 4 months ago and the service is excellent! I have specific request for my order it’s never standard no cheese on my tacos and no salt on my fries. They always make sure that my order is correct. I dine in most of the time during my lunch break and I always come back for the great food and the customer service. The staff is hard working and always polite. This location is great that’s why I will keep coming back.

Waiting in the drive through just for a response for over five minutes and then try and order and the lady can’t even understand me and very rude

The person in the drive-thru seems nice, but honestly if you can't prepare fast food orders in less than 10 minutes you just got to close for the day. People should not be sitting and drive-throughs for like 30 minutes
Update: actually never mind that lady was nice and working her butt off. It's so awful that they're understaffed and stressed out to this degree on a Saturday night

I eat here a lot. I always order the egg rolls. Today I got 2 large orders of the egg rolls and I got them to eat on my lunch which was a couple hours from when I bought them. I was bummed that they burnt them today. $12 of burnt egg rolls 😔..sad

Middle aged white man that worked 7/31 is super nice! Really good energy, made sure my food was fresh and correct. I’d rather drive 10 minutes to come here then go somewhere closer and receive half-assed service or attitude.
