Ordered a few standard items from the drive thru, including a jumbo jack burger. Got home, unwrapped my burger and surprise! The toppings were all in place between the buns but the burger patty was on the bottom of the burger outside of the bun completely. I guess the person in the kitchen must have a problem with dyslexia.

This is the worst Jack in the Box I’ve ever been too. I honestly just get the tacos, and 6 tacos would take them 20 minutes to make. The wait is insane for their most basic menu item. And just right now, their employee absolutely just lied and stole my order. She claimed someone just picked up the order that I made 10 minutes prior to getting there. I’m the only one who made that order. In 10 minutes someone hacked my jack in the box account at 1 AM, and not only that but they went to this specific location to steal my 6 tacos? Also like I said, they literally take 15-20 minutes to make just some tacos. So ain’t no way this is the ONE TIME that they actually made them on time. And then claimed it was someone in a RAV4, which is her literally describing my car. Whatever you do, avoid this location. The employees here honestly suck, they can’t do their job, and now they lie. If the owner or manager sees this, I would really like something to be done because this is far from the first time I’ve had problems with your night staff. Some of the worst fast food employees I’ve ever encountered in my life

I had a fantastic experience at the Jack-in-the-Box on Olive and 59th! The girls working the drive-through were amazing at customer service. One of them, who mentioned she’s due in March (congrats, mama!), went out of her way to recommend the barbecue sauce because it has a little spicy kick—great suggestion, by the way! She had such a positive attitude and was so friendly throughout the interaction. Bonus points: she’s a Sagittarius, which makes me like her even more! Thank you for the excellent service—it really made my night!

Employees wouldn’t let my handicap father use the bathroom because “you have to be a customer” thankfully McDonald’s is right next door and they let us use it no issue. Have been coming to this jack in the box for years. Will not be returning now. Terrible to treat handicap people that way.
I just went through the drive thru and I had to repeat my order and when I got to the window I had to say my order again All I got was the new double sourdough bacon meal with curly fries and diet coke with no ice And 1 jumbo jack no sauce but was so hard for them and had ice in my soda 🥤 and my food didn't look good when I put the sauce on and my husband fries 🍟 were not full only halfway Like a small size Not happy at all Should have just went home because was waste of money 12-19-24 at 8:20am sorry they give me no no receipt but I paid it on my husband bank card

First, I stood there for about 4 and no one acknowledged my presence whereas they were standing around perhaps doing other things. Secondly, the jumbo jack tasted terribly. The meat felt like pure rubber. The fries didn't taste any better. Very disappointed.

$37 for 2 combos and some tiny tacos. Waited almost 10 minutes in the drive thru and we were the ONLY ones there and ALL of my food was cold. Buns hard on the burgers & meat cold. Tacos were cold and almost rubbery. Staff was rude. It was horrible last time we were there to but thought that it was just a bad day but that's a lot of money for shitty food and now I'm thinking I won't go back
