I went through the drive through and like always this Jack in the box got my order right. I even joked with the employees and asked them when are they are going to get it wrong so that way I can write a complaint. The employee said hopefully never. I think you guys again for all your hard work and your service is amazing. You greet me with a smile and you leave me with a smile. Thank you for making such awesome food.

Saturday May 18th 2amNever have I ever felt so disrespected at a fast food restaurant. If the service wasn't absolutely terrible, this restaurant might actually make some money. Mini tacos and a large fruit punch, Doesn't seem like a really difficult order does it? Well for the fork and spoon Operators of the late night shift at Jack in the box It's rocket science. I got spicy mini tacos instead of regular and one of them even had a bite mark out of it. My passenger ordered some French fries to go along with his burger and the French fries came out of the bag with hair in them. Absolutely disgusting. 600 pound Virgin The manager with the glasses who would not give up his name or my receipt decided that he was going to tell me That no one in the restaurant has long hair. You can see the man with the messy bun through the window, Probably the same guy who bit the tacos! My order was $21 There's no reason on God's green Earth Why this order could not be completed correctly. I will be back once a week until my money's returned! Absolutely Disgusted with the staff, I'm disappointed with the jack brand as a whole. I really hope the whole night staff is new and can be retrained or terminated immediately. They really are a liability.

You know? Their prices keep going up. But the quality of the food is getting worse. The service is still good, could be better though. But if you go through the drive thru window? Your order will be wrong or it just will not meet the picture standards. If you say your meals look a certain way, then they should.
