This location used to be great before the remodel. After the remodel, they have rude staff on hand who always park you when no one is in line or in the lobby and always give you stale fries and undercooked food. I am so sick of having to be parked every single time I come. I have completed multiple reviews after each visit using the official jack in the box QR code and yet they still don’t fix the issue. It’s fast food stop parking people every single chance you get. It’s the winter so it is not as bad but, during the summer they move you from the shade of the drive thru to the full sun parking spots where you sit there with sun glaring in your face. I do not recommend that you all go here until they change their tune and value the customer over their time.

The guy taking my order was very nice. Whoever bagged the food doesn’t know how to read what’s on the screen. I asked for curly fries, I got regular instead and the soda I ordered had like two ice cubes in it. I don’t know if it was an old one they were trying to sell or what. Usually the order is right but I was honestly disappointed.
They were out of what I wanted, but the young man who took our order was awesome!

I went through the drive through and like always this Jack in the box got my order right. I even joked with the employees and asked them when are they are going to get it wrong so that way I can write a complaint. The employee said hopefully never. I think you guys again for all your hard work and your service is amazing. You greet me with a smile and you leave me with a smile. Thank you for making such awesome food.
