Brandon the African American heavy set was rude very unprofessional I don't understand how he is a manager. I ordered $30 worth of breakfast food for my family mind you they threw it together uncooked when I ask them to come look at it the lady young lady CeCe or TT said oh my goodness I am so sorry about that the cookies in training now find you I said okay well I need to speak to a manager and I don't want this food I would just go ahead and accept my refund back when I tell you this guy was so rude shut the window on me I asked about who do I speak to about this you know this complaint and as far as his unprofessional self he told me no matter who or where you complain it comes back to me!!! I would never recommend nobody to eat their the food is uncooked it smells the way they treat you there is unbelievable!! I am telling you I would not recommend anyone to eat at this disgusting establishment

They make the lobby customers wait upwards of 30+ minutes for no reason sometimes. Awful customer service. And while making lobby wait drive thru is also getting backed up and for absolutely no reason other than they stand around twidling their thumbs. There are 2 guys one works register and the other works grill/register and those two and the only helpful cool ones.
Rude employees, bad energy no one is ever happy here. Also my burger was not cooked all the way so I just threw it away. Try harder guys. Making this business look bad

This location used to be great before the remodel. After the remodel, they have rude staff on hand who always park you when no one is in line or in the lobby and always give you stale fries and undercooked food. I am so sick of having to be parked every single time I come. I have completed multiple reviews after each visit using the official jack in the box QR code and yet they still don’t fix the issue. It’s fast food stop parking people every single chance you get. It’s the winter so it is not as bad but, during the summer they move you from the shade of the drive thru to the full sun parking spots where you sit there with sun glaring in your face. I do not recommend that you all go here until they change their tune and value the customer over their time.
