I ordered through app for delivery and shows as confirmed. The driver calls me claiming the store says they don't have my order. I attempt to call store directly and it is just a busy tone. I try to contact through app and says to call store directly. Very poor customer service and they shouldn't have their phone off the hook. I will be disputing this charge with my bank once it hits. Will not order from this location again!

Went through the drive thru, got a spicy chicken sandwich meal. Found not one, but two long curly hairs in my food. One in my fries, the other in my sandwich. I almost threw up. Please wear a hair net if you have long hair!

What's the point if having free WiFi for the costumers if it doesn't work?! I've been coming hear every day to stop & use the restroom and buy a drink on my way home from work for the past 6 months & not once did the WiFi ever work & no its not my device cuzz ive tried it on multiple different devices

I do not recommend this location. They are rude and provide the worst customer service I have ever seen!
My fries were actually stale and cold, I had to drown them in sauce. The chicken sandwich also tasted stale and my bread was falling apart as I was eating it which has never happened before. The bottom had white powdery stuff on it. This is the only one I've been to where I felt the quality of the food was actually bad.
