We did drive through on Christmas evening. Service was quick and our orders were correct. And the food was good.

It seems strange giving a fast food restaurant five stars but I'll tell you what, this is the most wonderful location! I think it is a family-owned franchise. I always see the same friendly faces. They are so kind and polite. The food is always cooked to perfection. They never mix up my order. I never have a long wait time. I am always greeted with a smile and thanked genuinely.

Total crap experience. Was waiting behind a couple in front of me. They were served and then the drive thru went off while I was giving my order. Though I was there first, they said I have to wait so they could take care of the drive thru first. Then they got upset and wouldn’t discuss it when I objected to having to be second to people who arrived after me. I left the place without placing an order since I didn’t know if I would again be interrupted by the drive thru. Restaurant wasn’t clean.

I just paid $10 bucks for something that looks nothing like the picture and tastes Horrible, the employee working this morning of Thursday at 7:30am with Glasses was so mean! Upset of being at work! I asked for 2 to 3 Splendas for my Coffee and he got upset and yelled back “so is it 2 or 3” then he forgot the creamer and when I got the food out of the bag to my surprise it wasn’t even right!

Please Jack in the Box get good people with Smiles in their faces and be what you used to be, also better food PLEASE !!!! Or train this person because I’m sure not all your restaurants have issues ! I got this exact sandwich elsewhere and it looks nothing like the one this guy gave me.

We ordered 6 tacos a jumbo jack and fries.
Fries were cold and clearly had been several hours old
Burger was like warm when I got home and iam only two minutes away .
Tacos were placed upside down with opening facing the bottom of the bag on top of the other food so basically everything fell out .

Wouldn't recommend..I know it's fast food but for the price you'd expect better

Walked inside instead of going through the drive thru and manager pointed at self order pad by register so we could order our own food. Not like, hello welcome in, can I answer any questions, it was just a point of his finger to the pad. Customer service sure went out the window in so many places. They want more money for doing barely anything. Food was good though.

I'm a Door Dash driver. Came into this Jack in the Box yesterday for a pick up. Manager of this location was incredible rude and disrespectful.
