Walked inside instead of going through the drive thru and manager pointed at self order pad by register so we could order our own food. Not like, hello welcome in, can I answer any questions, it was just a point of his finger to the pad. Customer service sure went out the window in so many places. They want more money for doing barely anything. Food was good though.

I only use drive thru. I've never had an incorrect order, improperly prepared order or not enough condiments. Order always hot and fresh. Order taken promptly and delivered promptly. Staff has always been friendly.
Idk if it’s the workers understanding the food differently, getting to take it home, finding that perfect cooked food, or what? This J n the B is skilled. Seasoned vets working. Quality is through the roof. Looooove the breakfast. Wish there was more coupons. 🔟🥇

I really hate to be this person, it gives me the ick to even say it. but if you literally have someone working drive thru who doesn’t understand english then don’t have them in the drive thru. I never knew ordering two crispy chicken jack wraps had to be so difficult to the point i had to leave!

I ordered through app for delivery and shows as confirmed. The driver calls me claiming the store says they don't have my order. I attempt to call store directly and it is just a busy tone. I try to contact through app and says to call store directly. Very poor customer service and they shouldn't have their phone off the hook. I will be disputing this charge with my bank once it hits. Will not order from this location again!
