Walked up and a gentleman was standing before me, no employees around. He even called out in a loud voice, no response. Couldnt see anyone. I walked to the side of the kiosk and an employee was literally sitting on the counter on her PHONE ignoring us. I taped on the window and told her she had customers! She came from behind the corner she was hiding and waited on both of us, not once a smile, not an apology, just a curt response to my question. At $10.02 for a medium size drink (with no extras) I would think better service would apply. On a more positive note, a young man appeared who was quite pleasant and HELPFUL. Made my drink perfectly! The other employee? Needs to be educated on proper work etiquette, customer service. (AND decided to look at the prices as I got to thinking that $10.02 was extremely high priced. Looks like I was overcharged by several dollars. Do better Jamba Juice!)

The male worker on shift today needs to stop with the inappropriate comments of saying Asian Power, Yellow People need to stick together and asking what kind of Asian you are. May 2025 I ignored this, June I told him to stop twice but he proceeded with the comments not understanding that telling him to stop is not the answer he wanted. Today he finally asked me why I was being mean and I told him he was being inappropriate on the clock and he did not accept that answer as he kept asking questions regarding my mental state. There is something seriously wrong with him. I should not be asked these inappropriate questions just because I am trying to get a drink. He needs to be counseled on appropriate behavior.

Yesterday I witnessed a manager named Mia screaming at and berating one of the workers. Yelling profanity as loud as she could for everyone to hear. This is a mall. There were kids there and this was embarrassing for her to act like this, unprofessional and just sad. If I were that employee I would never return. I called to make a complaint but they never answer over there. So I guess it has to go to the reviews. Mia needs to do better. Wow.

Incompetent. They somehow are always out of everything and leave the store while everything is out! These workers don’t want to be there, therefore they don’t do their jobs. They close and shut down everything before 9pm.
