I couldn't help but overhear a manager berating her employees. They were trying to leave and the manager, I believe her name was Blair, made multiple snarky remarks to her employees. I couldn't help but also notice that this manager didn't help once during the rush, instead leaving her employees on their own. Poor management, i feel sorry for those employees, please get her fired.

Order and ask for a cup of water and despite getting a few other things told they can't give a water cup. Nice. Let alone I had to wait for 5 min to even get a hello or my order taken despite there being no line or other orders.

My smoothie had no sugar whatsoever, and was very icy. Wasn't the first time I've been disappointed by Jamba. It's disheartening, because they were one of my favorites going to the mall. But they keep raising prices on their drinks every time I go back, and the quality ends up becoming more miss than hit. Goodbye Jamba.

I didn't catch the young girl's name that was working there tonight, but she has long pretty black hair and she is petite and I just wanted to tell her thank you so much for the amazing service tonight. You made this mom's whole day better by your kindness.

Wow Bailey D! Not sure if you’re having a bad day, but it’s not a customer’s fault. Sorry if you are. I apologize for interrupting your dish washing. A smile, a greeting and a thank you goes a long way!
Come on girls, greet a customer upon arrival and at least pretend you’re happy they keep your job going. Drinks and speed of service are good, but service can totally be improved.

Had some things to get done in the mall today and decided to stop for a drink. I love Jamba, but don’t get it very often. Service was good and our drinks were ready quickly. Everything tasted great and I was on my way. Not much of a vibe here since it’s basically wide open in the middle of the food court. If you love to people watch this is a great spot.

My daughter ordered a green smooth. Very bad tasting. They left on break left and never came back.Angela says their corporate office doesn’t have the number! Very very unprofessional! My goodness get some real people who want to work. This lady said there’s no manager. No corporate number. I would like this remade for my daughters birthday gift.

First of all if I could I would leave zero stars. So to start off there was three employees working and someone at the counter that was just standing there. I was waiting in line, so I thought, and then was told at 8:15pm on Tuesday night April the 11th that we were closed. So I checked Google to see if that was true and it said 9pm. So I then walked back up there and said google shows you’re open until 9 and one girl said we’re out of stock and then the other chimed in and said those hours are wrong. So to the owner your employees are running your business into the ground and could have maid another 50 dollars off of me and the other customer that was in front of me that were closed. So I stayed until close to 9 and they’re all still standing around talking to their friend. Just some insight on your awesome employees you have. Hopefully this opens your eyes so you can get some people in there that care about your business like you do.
