I arrived at 8:30 pm and noticed that the chairs and condiments were already set up. They didn’t inform me that I needed to take my food to go until it was actually given to me. When I asked for condiments, two immature girls who clearly didn’t want to work snapped at me.
To make matters worse, the business’s closing time is stated as 9:30 PM, but they closed at 8:45 PM. I called right after I left because I felt that the tip I left wasn’t deserved, and I asked them to remove it. However, the young and immature girl refused and hung up on me.
Frustrated, I returned and demanded a full refund. Unfortunately, I had to involve the police to get my refund. This business absolutely doesn’t deserve any business. If the owner truly cares about his business, he should monitor the security cameras to see how early they are closing and not have lazy employees like this ruining his business and turning away customers.

Japan Express has been my go-to spot for over 10 years. Whenever I’m craving that delicious spicy teriyaki chicken or some fresh sushi, this is always the place I come back to!
I usually get the same thing every single time. I've had it about 10 times and its never failed. Fair prices and good quality! The chairs aren't big people friendly but the booths are. The workers aren't too friendly either but I don't really care, I get my order to go!

Legit had me on hold for 18 minutes. Only reason it wasn’t longer is because I drove to the restaurant in that time to place my order. I assumed they were packed only to arrive at an empty shop with just “Aisyah” packing an order for a single customer who had already been helped. She greeted and asked what I would like before I told her I was the one on the phone. She realized she had completely forgotten she had left me on hold. Horrible customer service no apology or nothing. Definitely wouldn’t bother calling to place an order they ain’t gonna help if she’s around.
