So I saw people on tic Tok of course and I wanted to try this place. The teriyaki chicken bowl was pretty good. Definitely not the best I have ever had but I did like it and I will go back again to see if maybe it gets better. My stomach was giving me issues when I went here as well so I am going to try again and I will redo my review. But definitely try this place out I am going to go back!

I love this place but whoever they have cooking on june29th at around 6pm needs to be replaced. Ever time I come here it’s full bowls and delicious. This time the to go container was only half full and less sauce and meat. I recommend people here all the time but if they are gonna keep skimm the food then I’ll stop coming every week

Chicken teriyaki was ok but the beef teriyaki was very very bad ! Meat was chopped up like dog food the taste was awful ! Not going back ! Crab puffs didn’t taste like crab puffs they were ok . Waste of my hard earned money ! I would like my money back

Oh, sorry, we were so busy so we made a mistake. Will you fix it? No, you can reorder (and pay for it again) and we'll fix the mistake. If you ordered a burger with everything on it and just a patty between two pieces of bread arrived, would that be OK? Even if the meat is good, it's not a burger and not what was ordered. If the order isn't correct, it should be fixed. That's the last time I ordered from Japan Express. Too express, not enough Japan. A simple thing to keep a customer happy, but that is too much. They don't deserve my money or patronage any longer.

Now I regret paying more than $100 for sushi on a fancy plate at other places when I can get little bites of heaven on a paper plate here for a quarter of the price and a very relaxed atmosphere.
Poke was killer. Teriyaki beef was awesome but the Dragon roll stole the show.
We’ll definitely go back. Maybe even today.

Bring your own seasoning I had the teriyaki bowl and my friend had the house noodles. Both very bland. Ordered crab puffs and tasted nothing like crab puffs, same with the eggrolls. Saw good reviews for this place but wow am I very dissatisfied. At least good portions for the price we paid.
