We have ordered from this place many times to be delivered, never actually been inside. The two ladies in the front are extremely unapproachable, and made it uncomfortable to order your food, as they seemed completely annoyed with your presence. Food is really good and we will come back but order to go so we don’t have to deal with people who so clearly hate their job.

Bad service told them no Wasabi since allergies and still placed it on my sushi after requested to remake or refund young Mexican girl decided to run her mouth thinking I didn't understand Spanish don't recommend this place as far a customer service base and food not being followed up to how you request.

Not even worth 1 star . Food was sitting on counter and waited for over an hr for a sushi role to be made!! Never again will be returning and worst customer service
People are nice and friendly, I always go here or order here as a last resort though. Avocado rolls are always mushy and soft though compared to other Avocado rolls I have had.

Another restaurant that disregards delivery orders and drivers. Went in to pick up what should have been a quick little order, ended up waiting like 20 minutes. The bothersome part is that 2 men came in several minutes after I did, ordered a much larger order than my delivery, and received their food several minutes before me. It takes time to drive to the store and to customers'. Restaurants need to make orders as they come, not put deliveres at the back. Anything short of transparency is bad customer service. I'd know, I did it for years at the highest level at a busy store. If this happens again will have to give 1 star.. tired of being treated like trash.
