I came in and ordered a large he put a giant together. I let them know when I was paying for it because I noticed the price was twice the price. So the guy came over took my sandwich out of the bag took half the sandwich out re-wrapped it and gave it back. I don't care what business you're in that was so unprofessional and I have to use the word ghetto. If I screwed up someone's order and made it larger than it supposed to be and then when they're going to pay for it realize there's an error you charge them for the amount that they ordered. When you realize you messed up you do the right thing and just give the entire sandwich it's called common Sense customer service versus ripping the sandwich and half in front of them and giving them that not even cut correctly. I will never come back to this Jersey Mike's I have been going for years. Seriously extreme unprofessionalism. On top of that after he took half of the sandwich away looking me straight in the eyes he just threw it away. I didn't do anything to accept the guy in any way he wasn't upset. Just completely unprofessional and he should be working at McDonald's in the back making nuggets. Seriously the guy tore my sandwich in half and then handed it to me. I didn't make the error he did. Instead of doing the correct thing I'm sorry sir will charge you for a large since you asked for a large. And I won't unwrap your sandwich tear it apart and put it back in a bag halfway messed up. You have an employee who doesn't have common sense. If you mess up you own up to it and you take care of the customer instead of embarrassing them. To make it worse it was my free sandwich with my points didn't even know that get to the cash register he knows that. And could have just said sir for an extra $4 you can have the job. And I would have said no problem. And you wouldn't be getting a bad review.

All of the tables were filthy, I had to clean my own table. Food was good and service was good.

While well kept inside, the service has been terrible nearly every time I have ordered (online too). They make mistakes frequently, so if you or your kids are a picky eater your visit may not be fun. Otherwise, the food tastes good, I just wish the service was better to make me want to go more often.

This location has always been top notch. I have ordered through the app, and in person and every time the same quality has been present. The food is always fresh, the service is exceptional, and the portions are perfect. Jersey mikes offers a variety of options for everyone and caters to those with food allergies as well, I will continue to dine at this location for a long time.

Hands down the best location in the West Valley!! The subs are always delish and the staff is always friendly! The manager there is so sweet and you can tell she leads her team by example! She greets regulars by name and goes above and beyond in her customer service! 10/10 recommend visiting this location!!

I just wanted to take a second to let everyone know that the team they have at this store is absolutely amazing. In my past, I worked for Jersey mikes for 10 years under a separate owner and this is my neighborhood JM. So I’ve been to a few JMs in my life. Reading the other comments for this place just makes me giggle because customers have no idea. Maybe if you all take a second and realize they are human too, you’d understand. Maybe ask them, “how are YOU doing today” instead of, “I wanted 15 minutes for my sandwich 😠 I am never going back to this establishment everrrrr” get over yourselves. They go above and beyond here, getting paid crap to deal with shitty customers like these people under me. These are amazing kids here. They have memorized my order and have it ready for me even if the line is 10 people deep. It’s just a sandwich people. It’s not that serious. (An amazing sandwich if I’d say so myself) keep doing what your doing and thank you for being amazing as always 🙏

Ps. Be nice to your food workers! Especially during the holidays. They get the brunt of everyone’s stress.

Ordered my sandwich for pickup, arrived at store at pickup time, and the sandwich was not made. Waited another 20 minutes for the four idiots behind the counter to get through the line in the store before they Even started on the sandwich I ordered before anyone was in that line to begin with. Stay away from this place.

I love Jersey Mike's Subs, however this location needs better management. I went in today to get a sub and took note that the employees handling food had several piercings out in the open (septum piercings, lips, eyebrow piercings), loose hair styles, and fake eyelashes on. As someone who has worked in the food industry before, those things were not allowed when handling food. To top it all off I ended up with a strand of hair in my sandwich. Gag. Won't be returning to this location until they get their hygiene and food safety protocols back in order.

Got the Italian Regular size tonight. It was very good. The guy who took our order was kind of rude. We couldn’t understand what he was asking us. He was not friendly and didn’t smile. The store is narrow.

Jersey Mike’s is one of my favorite spots I’ve been to plenty all around the country but it’s not always spot on like it should be and today I got spot on food and service they made my sandwich exactly how I like it I’m very happy! I’ll definitely be back!

We have been customers at this location for years… no longer. 3 straight visits the people got our very Simplest of orders wrong and just was out right rude. T try his last time I had to say forget it and walk out. Geeze how hard it it to get a sandwich right? 😳

We were greeted by two friendly young ladies who went right to work crafting our sub. The end product was perfect and is the closest thing to an East Coat sub I've found in AZ. Great job!
