Jersey Mike’s why do you only respond to those who leave good reviews? Sounds like you’ve given such bad service to several customers and I see nothing addressing g them. It would be nice to know that you actually care about becoming better at the customer service part of being in the food industry. You might wanna look into the complaints and teach your employees how to serve.

We've been coming here for 2-3 years. Have never had an issue until last night. Went in and tried to order 8.5, ( just adding roast beef). Was told we dont do that here. We were advised by our manager we can't do because of inventory and can't track it. We dont have a button to charge for it. So she then asked what did I want? Yes I was annoyed, I said a # 8 since I can't order what I want. She proceeded to tell me, there's no need for an attitude. I again said it's annoying you can't add the meat and charge. I said nevermind I'll go elsewhere. She advised good because I'm refusing you service. I will not go back here. If u talk to customers like that, u should find a job that you dont deal with people. Where is the customer service at????

Super please with the catered service provided for 72 sub sandwiches for my wife's retirement party. Thank you job well done.

Lowkey the worst service. Tried to place an order and asked to swap one of the meats. Nothing wild, other locations have done it before. Girl at the counter hits me with “we don’t do that” and says “we’ve never done that” like I just made it up. The attitude? Unnecessary. Honestly just dipped after that. If you’re not down for basic customizations, even if it costs more, that’s kind of wild. Guess they don’t want the business. Won’t be back to this location.

I didn't get the right sandwich in my pick up order sooo 4 stars.

Took forever to get my food ordered and found 2 pieces of blonde hair in my sandwich about threw up

I wished I would have read the reviews. Lack of communication for sure!! I won't be coming back

Good subs and service like always

I have always loved the subs at jersey mikes but the service was mostly very rude. A year ago there were two male servers that had no customer service skills whatsoever, and these two boys were so inefficient and bossy I started going to another JM on Bell. I'm so relieved the manager got rid of them! The girls you have now 12.1.24 are really nice and pay attention to what they are doing. They are so nice ! Thank you management.

Rosemary bread was burnt. Instead of using fresh bread, they used the burnt bread on my order. Not cool. I still love Jersey Mike's sandwiches.

Same quality service & ingredients as the other Jersey's, except if I could give them higher stars I would because they have BOTH sweet & unsweetened black tea freshly brewed & ready to serve. My younger self only wanted sweet iced tea, but as I age, I want less & less sweet in my tea. This location allows me to regulate the sweetness without having to add sweetener to unsweetened tea. I just have to add ice. Thank you, Jersey Mike's Peoria.

First time at this location.
I was the only customer at first in the store. When I walked in it looked like 5-6 employees worked there.
The girl asked me what I wanted after a very awkward amount of time I waited to be greeted. It was obvious the staff only wanted to have pick up orders because it was annoying to have a live customer in front of them.
I gave my order and nothing else was said to me. No one started my sandwich. The girl who took my order told it to someone else that I never saw rest of time there. I went and sat down due to the awkwardness of the situation and how the staff in general were.
After awhile the original girl who asked my order wanted to know what I wanted on my sandwich. I said Mikes way and she loaded it and I mean loaded it with vinegar which I did not want it like that.
Instead of bacon strips that would normally come on sandwich she gave me bacon crumbles but it was a tiny amount and I could not taste it on my sandwich later when I ate it. I was shocked to see another person making a sandwich and she lifted the bacon tray to get the bacon crumbles in the grease drip pan because again they were out of bacon. Gross.
It took them 15 minutes for my two sandwiches. No one else was there.
When I was leaving a man came in and the girl who was fishing out bacon from the grease drippings greeted an older gentleman. She asked a question but was rubbing her face and the man was waiting for her to repeat herself. It was hard to hear in there.
He looked annoyed and I laughed to myself thinking this was probably not the last of the awkward moments he was going to have before leaving the store.
My sandwich was not good but my boyfriend’s was fine he said.
I will NEVER go back to this location. I have been going to another location in Phoenix and it seems like they too are extremely long in getting out orders. I thought I would try a new location but regretted it immediately. I think the division manager should focus on food quality and most importantly customer service and experience.
The stores in Ohio are not like this at all. I have only had amazing service at every store I went to in Ohio.

This is one of my favorite places to eat. Great service, those ladies made me a cheese steak sandwich that brought a tear of joy to my eye. Great job! 👍

Got mustard all over my wrapper now it's all over my shirt. Just freaking sloppy and not very good customer service to boot.
