Picked up my internet order and tipped, thinking a tip would make them take a little pride in the order. Nope, they didnt pack the chips. NEVER TIPPING ANY PLACE AGAIN WHEN I PICK UP!

Received the incorrect order for my Grubhub delivery. Ordered a giant club sub and didn't even get the correct sandwich or size. Caused me to have to connect with Grubhub's customer service, which wastes time. Doesn't appear that staff are paying attention to orders. Then when I try to call Jersey Mike's I get pushed off like it's an inconvenience. I'm usually not a Karen, but absolutely will be tonight! You'll notice no other reviews on my account. If I'm paying $25 for a sandwich the least it can be is correct! I understand that it's a delivery and things can get messed up, we are all human, but the response after the fact that it's not Jersey Mike's problem is what the issue is. See the attached, incorrect, baby sandwich (not a giant) as well as the receipt indicated I ordered what I advised I did.

Never, Will I Go To That Location Ever Again. I Was There Saturday The 8th. Walk In Stood There For A Long While. Cashier Said They Can Help You. Me-Ive Been Standing Here Waiting, Waiting & Still Waiting. Finally A Work Came Up Ask Me What I Want. I Explained What I Wanted ( Left Me There *AGAIN WAITING * And Stared Making An Online Order. I Was Like W.T.H.. Nevermind I Give Up. If That's How You Wanna Loss Customer Your On The Right Track. Cashier, Was Very Rude, I Ask To Speak To The Manager ( No Manager On Site) She Gave Me His Number.And Of Course Wrong Number.!!!!! VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, HORRIBLE ATMOSPHERE, NEVER AGAIN

We have had issues with this Jersey Mike's in the past and thought they were solved. I just got two Regular sandwiches to go and when opened they fell apart. The day old bread they used made it impossible to hold and had to be eaten with a fork. I will nolonger shop at the store on Peorie at 59th.

My cheese steak had that pepper relish cooked in with it. Absolutely terrible. That's not part of the sandwich when ordered. I was disappointed that the employee was just going rogue with the sandwiches. I will not be back.

I would really really appreciate it if you guys either A. Teach your employees how to cut Bread down the middle of the loaf when preparing a sandwich. Or B. Invest in pre-cut bread .. As long as I’ve been coming to this location, my sandwich is always a different size. I even pointed out to them multiple times saying look that sandwich right there is bigger in length than the one that you’re giving me. They never acknowledge it or make me whole.. just gives me an Oh and a shoulder shrug. Some might say this is Patty. But I would much rather not see someone getting a bigger sandwich than me and we’re paying the same price for the same sandwich. 1 inch to 1.5 inches of sandwich matters.. Subway cuts it right down the middle. Jimmy John’s has pre-cut bread. Please stop relying on your employees to eyeball where they think the middle of the sandwich is at this way everyone gets treated fairly. Thank you for your time.

The three young ladies are rude for no reason as someone who hasn’t really gone in to order they were rude when I was ordering my meal if u don’t like ur job quit, and smile it looks better on you ladies 🙂

Jersey Mike’s why do you only respond to those who leave good reviews? Sounds like you’ve given such bad service to several customers and I see nothing addressing g them. It would be nice to know that you actually care about becoming better at the customer service part of being in the food industry. You might wanna look into the complaints and teach your employees how to serve.

We've been coming here for 2-3 years. Have never had an issue until last night. Went in and tried to order 8.5, ( just adding roast beef). Was told we dont do that here. We were advised by our manager we can't do because of inventory and can't track it. We dont have a button to charge for it. So she then asked what did I want? Yes I was annoyed, I said a # 8 since I can't order what I want. She proceeded to tell me, there's no need for an attitude. I again said it's annoying you can't add the meat and charge. I said nevermind I'll go elsewhere. She advised good because I'm refusing you service. I will not go back here. If u talk to customers like that, u should find a job that you dont deal with people. Where is the customer service at????
Super please with the catered service provided for 72 sub sandwiches for my wife's retirement party. Thank you job well done.

Lowkey the worst service. Tried to place an order and asked to swap one of the meats. Nothing wild, other locations have done it before. Girl at the counter hits me with “we don’t do that” and says “we’ve never done that” like I just made it up. The attitude? Unnecessary. Honestly just dipped after that. If you’re not down for basic customizations, even if it costs more, that’s kind of wild. Guess they don’t want the business. Won’t be back to this location.

Took forever to get my food ordered and found 2 pieces of blonde hair in my sandwich about threw up
I wished I would have read the reviews. Lack of communication for sure!! I won't be coming back
