Jersey Mike's Subs

I’ve come here multiple times and the food is excellent. The only thing I have a problem with is that some of the team members are too busy trying to talk to there friends that they aren’t paying attention to what the costumer is asking for. My husband is a plain guy. Meat cheese mayo and honey mustard. Again been here multiple times but the last 3 times I’ve come the person working has not listen when he asked nicely for honey mustard and has given him regular mustard. Also there were 2 other groups of people in there while this girl was just talk talk talking. Hopefully there food was right

I am writing regarding my experience at the Jersey Mike’s located at 9455 W Glendale Ave in Glendale, AZ.

On 02-07-26 at approximately 2:40pm, I placed an order and waited a significant amount of time for my sandwich. When it was finally prepared, it was poorly assembled and sloppy.

When I asked about the delay, the response I received was dismissive, stating that “it takes time to make the sandwich,” rather than acknowledging the wait or addressing the concern.

Due to the condition of the food and the service experience, I requested a refund. I was informed that refunds could not be issued and was only offered store credit. I did not want store credit, as I did not feel comfortable returning after the interaction.

Although a manager was present, I was told that no supervisor was available to process a refund. I ultimately left without eating and without receiving my money back.

This experience was disappointing and upsetting. I am requesting a refund to my original form of payment and would appreciate follow-up from a district manager regarding how this situation was handled.

I totally forgot to look at the number of my normal chicken kahuna order when in Houston, but this Phoenix location replaced my misorder mistake without issue. Classy!

Our Jersey Mike's there off Glendale rd and 94th avenue have great food, friendly staff and a great location. I recommend Jersey Mike's for meals

First time ever eating at this place. The employees were very welcoming and helpful. I didn't know what to get or try..the establishment was clean, smelled great . I got a number 13 made the jersey way and plus my first time got a free cookie haha. Definitely was delicious and will be coming back. Also they cut the meat fresh in front of you and make the sandwiches super cool.

THERE ARE MANY SUB SHOPS AROUND MOST ARE GOOD,HOWEVER JERSEY MIKE'S IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE'S. ONCE AGAIN ORDER ACCURACY, CONSISTENCY AND SPEEDY SERVICE ARE MOST IMPORTANT. HERE THEY DO NOT DISAPPOINT!

I will NEVER EVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION! I placed an online order for my coworkers & I & I made a very clear note “NO MAYO” on a sub. The reason for this is because my coworker is ALLERGIC to mayo. We got back to the office & she bit into it and there was mayo…

Post lunch hour rush.. could use a clean-up.
