Ordered food at 17:19. It arrived at 19:50. I live 16 minutes away. Food was Cold. There needs to be a warning that they use door dash… wish I could take my tip back. Store was nice and they started to make me more food to pickup but 5 minutes later the dasher showed up. Just another way tech bros are ruining America.

First time ordering online. Never received a confirmation that pizza was ready. Arrive at store and ask for pizza they look it up and said 10 more minutes than I when back again and told me 5 more minutes and waited 40 min until they told me that they must of skip me and pizza been done.

By the time I got home pizza was not hot enough horrible service for a first timer

I have ordered numerous pizzas through jet's pizza.At this location, 67th Ave and SR101, have always enjoyed them. Today, I ordered a pepperoni supreme deep dish.When it arrived to my house, it was covered in vegetables.I called immediately told them the problem that I got the wrong pizza.They said since I used the online order bot, there was nothing they could do.

​I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction regarding a recent delivery experience and the subsequent customer service provided by two of your staff members, Levi and Naomi. We placed an order that was intended for delivery to our residence. Despite providing clear and specific delivery instructions (and confirming these details via a follow-up phone call), the order was delivered to an incorrect, entirely different location.
​When we contacted your establishment to report this error, we were disappointed by the proposed solution. Specifically, we were told by your representatives to retrieve the order ourselves from the incorrect delivery address. As we paid for delivery service to our home, this resolution was unacceptable. Furthermore, having the order redelivered resulted in an additional, unwarranted wait time.
​The core issue lies in the apparent failure to follow basic delivery instructions and the subsequent mishandling of the resulting customer service interaction. While we were undoubtedly frustrated by the situation, we maintain that our communication during all interactions was not belligerent, though it reflected our legitimate dissatisfaction with the service breakdown.
​For your review, we have recorded all three phone calls related to this incident.
​We feel strongly that the level of service provided by Levi and Naomi demonstrates a significant gap in both operational competence and effective customer management. We request that you thoroughly investigate this matter. Please note that we have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) regarding what we perceive as a failure to deliver the service as advertised.
​We expect a swift and satisfactory resolution to this issue, including appropriate compensation for the failed delivery and the inconvenience caused. We have proof it was delivered to a different place and who ever got it was not use we also have that to prove.
