⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I just had an amazing experience at Jimmy John’s! I placed a catering order this morning at 10:30 for 48 sandwiches, and to my surprise, they were ready exactly when I arrived. The general manager, JT, did an outstanding job putting everything together in such a short amount of time.
The service was not only professional but also personable, making the whole experience enjoyable. I will definitely be ordering catering from them again! Thank you, JT, and team!

I had the pleasure of Miss Jewelle taking my order and making my sandwiches today! Jimmy John’s is always good. It’s usually pretty consistent, but this woman made it a great experience.! She was incredibly personable, absolutely hilarious, and was just an absolute delight to be around this evening. I will now be going out of my way to go back to this specific Jimmy John’s because of her! She was an absolute sweetheart! If she isn’t the manager, then she needs to be, and she needs to be given a raise!!!! At least a couple bucks raise! She is giving the company a good name! And good customer service is hard to come by nowadays! I went in about an hour to close at that, and usually people are tired and want to be left alone when they are trying to get ready to close down for the night- but not Miss Jewell! I felt like I was talking to an old friend! 20/10 recommend !

Huge shoutout to TJ and the team at Jimmy John’s. Another catering company canceled on us last minute. TJ went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. With less than 4 hours notice, he pulled together a last minute order to feed 50 people. Everything was perfect. The food was fresh, the order was accurate, and the service was fantastic. We are incredibly grateful for the quick response and professionalism. JJ’s really saved the day and we will be using them again for future events.

JJs is always one of my go to quick lunch choices, fresh bread, crisp ingredients and of course Freaky Fast service. My 4 stars this time was the cleanliness of the sandwich bar and the sofa fountain station was sticky and messy.

Went in last Friday 11/1 and ordered a jimmy cubano with no mustard, adding lettuce and extra mayo and 2 other sandwich’s. unfortunately when I got to work there was mustard on my sandwich so I wasn’t able to eat as well as the other 2 sandwich’s were wrong as well. I went back later that day after work and there was only 1 person in there taking order and making the sandwich’s. She was kind enough to remake my sandwich but it was still made wrong. It had tomatoes on it when I went to go eat it and the sandwich doesn’t even come with tomatoes. Not going back to this location :(
Today is 9-27-24 i walked in to a very clean place and organized as well and was greeted with the best customer service i didn't get the guy's name but he was absolutely very nice and kind positive i loved it i came in around 1:45pm so if you could figure out who was working at that time that man did a phenomenal job!
