The turkey on the sandwich doesnt even cover the entire bread. When the manager was asked about it, he was like well... yea it's folded and weighed. It doesnt even cover the bread at all. They wanted to charge me over 2 bucks for mustard but then have me like 5 packets in my bag. And the military discount was $1. The young man at the end of the counter was the nicest employee. About 5'5 blonde hair. Everyone else there was horrible and could care less.

Other than the bread being a little hard, my sandwich was good. However, the lady who took the order was not friendly. No smile, no welcome when I entered the store, and no response when I thanked her. It was almost like I was interrupting her day.

Disappointed in my experience here. I walked in to order a veggie sandwich, asked for no mayonnaise (the only thing that comes on it that I didn’t want) and to add a couple of other veggies to it. I opened my sandwich to find that the avocado had been omitted and the vegetables that were on the sandwich tasted soggy as if they’d been frozen and thawed or refrigerated for too many days. I suspect either spoilage or contamination (or both) as I am now experiencing food borne illness symptoms. I will not return to this location and may skip JJ altogether in the future as a result of this unpleasant experience.

Pathetic is all I can say. Almost $10 for a sandwich and there is almost NO meat in it. I'm done with Jimmy John's. They also forgot the cucumber AND didn't cut it in half and the bread is under cooked for the 2nd time in a row. Again, I'm SO done with JJ. Truly a HUGE disappointment

Would give 0 if possible. Went to the restaurant was not acknowledged by the gentlemen taking a mobile order (totally acceptable and understandable) but also by no one else in the store. Waited alone in line for 4 minutes in silence so turned around a left.
Not only is the food great at this location, but the customer service is like non-other. I am so grateful that Erin is the one that answered the phone to take my catering order. I needed help not only to have it ready in the morning for a last minute pick up, but Erin walked me through all of my choices and made it so easy for me to order. I do a lot of meetings where I need big orders, I definitely will be calling this location again. THANK YOU, Erin for your kind touch and excellent customer service!!!

The food is low quality. Service is good at this location but they don't greet you or talk to you LMAO....it's weird but, whatever (just get me my food and I'm good). The only thing decent tasting with decent protein is the chicken wrap with jalapenos (I'm sure the other wraps are decent).

When paying with my debit card, I'd like to just pay. I don't like being asked which suggested amount I'd like to tip, with the only other option is "other amount". Then after selecting other amount I have to enter $0.00 for the tip amount, before I'm allowed to pay the amount that given for my sandwich..... Stop begging for extra money. Ask for the price, let me pay and go.
