I Ordered a sandwich this morning was over an hour.. I live 3 minutes away... But ok things happen.. The disgusting thing is there was other stuff in my sandwich not just deli meat. It was full of wax paper not just one piece it was every layer of meat that was pre sliced on wax paper they put the paper in too and there was small pieces of other stuff I think it was string and something else... So I call the store and tells right off hes not making another and basically tells me to bad.. I wasn't even thinking of getting another especially after that one I was calling to tell him he has a quality control problem and should talk to whoever is making them etc but he was worried over $12... Pathetic.. And yes I do have pics. Back to Firehouse Subs

I wanted to leave a review to provide feedback. $28 for 2 combos is ridiculous. I also have been a rewards member for probably a year and always put in my phone number, but I haven't earned a reward yet???? What's up with that! I've been going to JJ since college, but I'm disappointed in your terrible rewards program and escalated prices.

I'd rate them higher if I could order a sandwich thru the app. Apparently 11:30am is not enough time for them to make a sandwich by 12pm. That really doesn't seem freaky fast to me. That's my lunch break I don't have time to wait. And last time I ordered in store it took 17 minutes to get my sandwich. This place definitely is not freaky fast.

My sandwich was made as ordered, and was made quickly. Staff was friendly. My disappointment is a result of the amount of tuna on my sandwich. According to the menu the “Favorites” should have more meat, not in the case of this sandwich. Also, I find it frustrating this location has raised the delivery fee to $5.

I ordered 2 sandwiches off my app last night. One ham and a toasted tuna for my step daughter. We ate them and both of us threw up after eating them. They tasted a little off so we stopped eating them. Defiantly got food poisoning and made us super sick. Will not be ordering from here again!

The sandwiches have definitely gotten thinner. Like needle thin. Careful, it's actually sharp with how thin it is, dispose with caution.
Employees are amazing. Fast, courteous and every sandwich has been great.

They completely got my order wrong one slice of turkey per sub, This isn’t the first time. I’m pretty much done with this place. I regret tipping these 2 girls. Management needs to be changed.

Restrooms were mopped first then the dining room you don't do that restrooms are mopped last pretty disgusting I just ate outside

I just came out of it because I am waiting for my family at the dentist and I was hungry And out of all the restaurants this was the most appealing and I am so happy we picked this because the food is amazing. When I asked for extra pickles and I mean EXTRA!! They shocked and amazed me because that is exactly what they did. YES! They were super fast too! I would definitely recommend this to my friends
