I ordered a sandwich drink and a brownie to be delivered today. The delivery driver was rude dropping off my food. Then on top of that I was delivered a straw but no drink. The sandwich and brownie were great, just wish I didn't have to go out and buy another drink. I won't be ordering again unless I can pick up the order.

Asked for a giant sub , they gave me a regular sub didn’t bother repeating the order back to me. When I asked them about it they just told me to pay the extra for another half.

It was just okay. The sandwich is made in such a way that you get all meat in one bite, then all lettuce and tomato. I got some sort of Italian sandwich with Jimmy peppers... they were very gross, to be honest. I was extremely unhappy with my sandwich but I've had better before so I gave 3 stars. It's just meh for me.

I haven’t ordered from Jimmy John’s in 4 years and I regret getting it today. Ordered it to be delivered and it took 45 mins to get to my home, I guess “freaky fast” isn’t a thing anymore. After getting my order, they left out a sandwich, when I called their only options were to make and deliver the sandwich they forgot + a cookie or give me credit for the sandwich they missed. I don’t plan on eating there again and at that point, only wanted a refund. The only resolution if I wanted a refund? For their GM to call me the following day. So frustrating and so disappointing that they can’t just credit you for 1 sandwich. Just asked them to remake the sandwich + cookie and redeliver since I just want to be done with them. Get this, no cookie on redelivery. Never eating there again. Today was a great reminder on why I choose to eat elsewhere.

You guys routinely butcher my sandwiches and orders just like the kids who got fired from McDonalds in the same exact plaza who used to destroy my food too. You guys think it's like some Magical Thing. Get a real job or take your jobs seriously and care about your work.
Our first time at your establishment, I got a tuna sub and hardly any tuna on it,hubby had a spicy Italian not a spice in it very limited options to go on sub. I really don't think we will visit any time soon. E for the effort
