Our first time at your establishment, I got a tuna sub and hardly any tuna on it,hubby had a spicy Italian not a spice in it very limited options to go on sub. I really don't think we will visit any time soon. E for the effort

2nd time I order from this location for delivery and no driver has shown up I I'm in the system I'm a regular we double check and confirm address was correct and apartment number still waiting on my good it's been 2.5 hours now no more ordering from Jimmy John's from me
Picture this: it's late night, I ordered online with a scheduled pickup time for the next day. I immediately get a call, it's the restaurant. They want to confirm whether I was picking up my order that night or the next day. Can you believe it? They would've prepared my order and waited for me to arrive, just 3 minutes before closing time, if I had said it was meant to be a pickup for that same night. Now that is amazing customer service!

My first and LAST time eating at Jimmy John's. Not only did the Edgar behind the counter forget my side but then he laughed when I said something, and then had his coworker give me the side HE forgot. There was a grumpy older man cleaning the dining area who mumbled something and gave me stink eye when I said that they messed up my chicken Caesar wrap by drowning it in dressing making it inedible. I threw my whole wrap out. They made my boyfriend's sandwich so thin it was mostly bread. Waste of money. Never again.

Jimmy Johns is always a solid option, quick service and delicious bread. My 3 stars for service is only because I asked for extra bacon and extra tomatoes but didn't seem to receive them. Still a great sandwich ?.
