Picture this: it's late night, I ordered online with a scheduled pickup time for the next day. I immediately get a call, it's the restaurant. They want to confirm whether I was picking up my order that night or the next day. Can you believe it? They would've prepared my order and waited for me to arrive, just 3 minutes before closing time, if I had said it was meant to be a pickup for that same night. Now that is amazing customer service!

Jimmy Johns is always a solid option, quick service and delicious bread. My 3 stars for service is only because I asked for extra bacon and extra tomatoes but didn't seem to receive them. Still a great sandwich ?.

I was in this store several weeks ago and asked for "a whole ton of cucumbers" on my sandwich. The staff eagerly complied and easily exceeded my expectations. Today ,I again visited this store, I believe the staff recognized me (or my order) and, without prompting, instructed his peer to hook me up. I'll keep coming back! The store is clean, staff, food is fresh, and the staff appears to have a vested interest in great customer service.
