TERRIBLE SERVICE I went in with 2 friends for the first time in about a decade. The food was good and as i remembered it but the service was the worst service I’ve ever had. Our waitress met us at the door. A younger girl with black with blond highlight hair in ponytails. She said nothing and walked to a table so we assumedly followed. We sat down and she walked away without a word.
She handed my friend their milkshake looking disgusting and didn’t even hand it to them directly.
She gave me a drink I didn’t order, and ended up still charging me for it. When i questioned it she said the combo was cheaper than the burger and fries individually. She did the math infront of me and it wasn’t cheaper. She then snatched my card and said “I’ll just charge it that way”. I had not clue how she was going to charge it. She came back and said “I just voided the bill”. So clearly she couldn’t do it or her math was bad.
Never coming back and if i was management I’d fire her.

i love johnny rockets, but don’t order pickup online at this location. for some reason it doesn’t go through despite it being directly on their website (and the right address). i ordered $25 worth of food and when i came in, they claimed it didn’t show up on their tablet. my boyfriend tried to talk it through but the lady gave him attitude (we understood the issue wasn’t her fault however). she asked the manager (Alex) if it were possible to make the order since the payment still went through, and he denied it as she had “already given three free burgers earlier” (though they literally weren’t free, those people had this same exact problem). a couple even came up to us to say they had this issue as well and were still waiting on a refund.

I don’t understand how a meal for 2 adults and one child came to be $60. We waited for while since the sign said “please wait to be seated”. Now I completely understand being under staffed as I only saw one waitress & one cook. None the less. The waitress wasn’t friendly she looked like she hated her job. All we ordered was 2 cheeseburgers w bacon, w a side of fries and drinks (Pepsi, & Shirley temple I believe) and a kids grilled cheese w fries. How IS THAT $60! When she came to bring us the drinks she handed the kids drink w a stank face. Mind you I had a baby. And the baby was quick to snatch the menu out of the table and aimed for the mouth, she automatically said “I wouldn’t let her do that these menus are so dirty “ with attitude… like I was just facing you ordering before I realized my bay grabbed the menu. Well she took a while to come check on us so my sister stood up and went and got a refill herself. First and last time coming because it’s insane.

DO NOT ORDER from this location. I spent almost $60 on three meals. When I mentioned one burger was made wrong Alex (manager) did not take accountability and gave me pushback when asked it to be made right. Extremely rude. I contacted corporate and waiting for a response

The midday deals are great. Our sever Stephanie was amazing at taking care of us. We love coming to this place because they always take care of my wife, who was pretty severe food allergies and we never have a problem here.
