Hadn't been there in years. We remembered how good their onion rings had been. Not the case anymore. Don't know what happened. Barely anyone in there and the service was so slow. Hamburger and fries were nothing to talk about. Definitely won't be going back.

Seriously. If you open a business you gotta be ready for it. Not running the whole restaurant on 3. One taking orders and one probably in the kitchen. Don’t be cheap and hire employees so they can make your customers having better experience. Will never come back to this location. You disrespect customers to let them wait for the food over 40 minutes. My girls were waiting in the car and they fell asleep. $60 went to waste. If I knew I must wait for 40 minutes for a 2 hamburgers I won’t even came inside to order.
By the way. Don’t BS us and give me those apologies template sorry that I have this experience and thank me for bringing this up. And we will make your experience better next time. No. Don’t. Because it’s not going to happen.

I'm leaving a one star to get the attention of the appropriate person or people. I'm 57 years old and I love the oldies music. Also the ambience and the food in Johnny Rockets restaurants. However this evening Friday,May 9th ,2025 my family and I went into your restaurant about 8:30 p.m. ,because my son had just graduated college. By 9:00 p.m. our food had not been served, and during the last 30 minutes I watched three separate couples leave the restaurant because they were waiting to be seated and there was no person to do so. In fact my waitress took our order and i had not seen her since. Finally after a little frustration, I walked up to the kitchen and there was a whole bunch of burgers just sitting there getting cold. At that particular moment my waitress appeared, she grabbed the burgers and brought them to our table. My burger was delicious although it was not hot and just barely warm due to it sitting ,waiting for the waitress. One of the burgers out of the four had no cheese and had human hair in it. This Burger just happened to be for my son who just graduated from Estrella Community College. The problem I see as an old man is that you hired all these young kids barely out of high school and you had no adult supervision to keep them in line. For the entire 30 minutes or so we waited for our food, we did not see any of your staff, but a whole bunch of people were coming out from the back. So much so ,I got off my booth and went around the corner to see if there was more tables were customers would sit. My guess would be there was a bunch of kids in the kitchen who weren't supposed to be there, that's why your waitresses and waiters were nowhere to be found. 55 minutes to get the worst burger I've ever had, and it was 20.00. And then there was the 9.00 soft serve shake. Never again! I should have learned 10 years ago when I was here the first time.

Restaurant wasn't the cleanest. My food was good, but the others in my party didn't care for theirs too much. The biggest shocker was the price. I hadn't been to a JR in years, so we decided to go today since we were in the area. After looking at the menu, I realized why they weren't crowded at all. Burger, fries and soda = $20! With many restaurants FINALLY starting to give us deals, this place isn't! After tax and tip, a family of 4 will easily spend over $100 here just for a basic burger, fries and drink. Not planing on returning.
This place was alright when we walked in but then it smelled like sewage it took them like 4 minuets to notice we where there she came over seated us and the prices didn't look that bad the food was alright but when we had to pay my check should have been like 18$ no they charged me for a tip I never even made it pushed no on the machine if I wanted to give a tip she told my frined it was a mandatory tip for 5 or more people there was no sign anywhere that said we where gonna get charged a mandatory tip for having 5 or more people the waitress wasn't very attentive at all and she didn't give anyone of my friends itemized receipts my buddy had to ask them to get a itemized receipt and it said they took a tip that he didn't want to give them please don't go to this place it reeks of sewage the food wasn't the best and the waitress was not very good at her job at all please don't go to this place

Best burgers and onions rings ever. Also, can't forget about the milkshakes. Definitely recommended. Experience was great and the service was awesome. I will definitely be coming back.
