As soon as I walked in, I was very welcomed by the whole team/staff/employees 🤩😬🙏🦁. Didn’t have to wait at all to be seated for my own table, I was by myself and I felt like I was family to them. It was the first day on the new contract with iDrive and our employer decided to take us here for lunch well I could not have been happier with the chili fries I wish I would have took pictures but everything that our party of 7:00 enjoyed everybody was happy there shakes their burgers the ranch dressing everything was spectacular our party just enjoyed ourselves we didn't feel rushed and they brought plenty of water and plenty of seltzer water it was just wonderful great experience I advise anybody go there especially those that are you know working in the area it's a great place to grab a bite

Goodluck if you decide to go here. The wait was like 30 mins and we ordered food and drinks but no drinks even came out. The people beside us to us they were waiting a while too. There is like only 1 server for the entire place and I went to go say something and she was taking a huge tables order. Normally I love Johnny rockets but it looks like this place is a massive fail. People surrounding were looking around for service and people waiting at the door too.

I've been here multiple times. Usually after seeing a movie at AMC theaters. They have really good burgers 🍔here and milkshakes.

We watched our food sit in the window for 20 minutes. When we asked the server about why it took so long she sassed us. Out burgers were cold, the sides, room temp, and the service abysmal. Then 15 min after we finished our food we had to track down a waiter for our check. There was a manager on site, 1 cook and 3 waiters. There is no reason why we should be able to actively see our food dying under the heating lamp, nor 15 minutes of being ignored just to get a check. There were maybe 5 other tables besides us with a total of 15 other customers in the building that already had thier food. The staff was standing around talking and not doing anything. The only one busting his ass was the fry cook. Bless him. And the waitress we had was a short round faced blond girl. I swear this is not the same place it was 20 years ago. So sad to see.

I've been here twice, both times the service was very weird. Minimal hospitality and even with the diner being empty mostly, the wait times were long and the service lacked. Someone got upset before me waiting to be seated and left, and I don't blame him. This place needs training and an overhaul. It also smells bad
Hadn't been there in years. We remembered how good their onion rings had been. Not the case anymore. Don't know what happened. Barely anyone in there and the service was so slow. Hamburger and fries were nothing to talk about. Definitely won't be going back.

Seriously. If you open a business you gotta be ready for it. Not running the whole restaurant on 3. One taking orders and one probably in the kitchen. Don’t be cheap and hire employees so they can make your customers having better experience. Will never come back to this location. You disrespect customers to let them wait for the food over 40 minutes. My girls were waiting in the car and they fell asleep. $60 went to waste. If I knew I must wait for 40 minutes for a 2 hamburgers I won’t even came inside to order.
By the way. Don’t BS us and give me those apologies template sorry that I have this experience and thank me for bringing this up. And we will make your experience better next time. No. Don’t. Because it’s not going to happen.
