September 20th @ 4:30pm one of your workers (young black male) went into the family bathroom to smoke weed. There was a large line of families needing to use the restroom. We were next in line so we went in when he walked out. The bathroom was smokey and smelled soooo strong. When my husband confronted him he just threw up a peace sign and walked away.

A single woman went inside and couldn't even stay in long enough to use the restroom before running out coughing. Followed by another lady that tried and failed. We all had to call maintenance to air it out and deoderize it so families with babies and chikdren could use the family restroom for its intended use.

Also, you have workers under the influence while making food. Im not sure about the legality of that but you should probably look into it.

The girl at the register has been standing in front of the restaurant, in front of the whole food court, scratching a giant red skin lesion on her arm for 10 mins right in front while staring at everyone. I am totally serious. Scratching it nonstop, then handling money and food. No gloves, sanitizer hand wash nothing just her lesion and her. I am in disbelief. Is this for real?

I typically order online for pick up and no matter what time I order, my food is always fresh and ready for me to pick up as soon as I get there (within 5-10 minutes after placing my order). The food is delicious! My fav to order is their BLT, even tasted fresh and not soggy after placing it in the fridge, & the onion rings are always cooked to perfection, perfect texture and taste. ‼️‼️‼️ Just greatness ❤️

From my table I went back to ask nicely for a ranch hoping my burger tastes better from my first bite but was answered suddenly that “basically we charge for a ranch” so I just took more napkins and went back to my table to wipe off my hands as the burger is wet with oils, blood from the patty. I smelled around the burger to find what part I can take another bite but all smelled bad so I divided it into half and my hands is all wet now and all juices dripping from the fillings took a bite and spit it out privately. VERY BAD FOOD. I do not want to deal with it as I do not want ruin my day but was way frustrated of the food!!!! BTW the lettuce in the burger was yellowish and black on the tips…I removed it before taking my first bite…I remember I ordered the third one in the menu too expensive to pay for a trash!!!! Still considering a good experience since there is no more second time to any of this food establishment for me. I do not actually write reviews but this experience and reading the reviews here makes me do it hoping they will improve their food quality.

Went here today with my family I ordered the philly cheesesteak oh no I don't know if the cook don't know how to cook it or that's how they are garbage it had no flavor at all was burnt and the meat was the size of a thin cut steak so either they come like that there or he didn't take the time to break the meat apart either way it was garbage took 4 bites left the rest. My family ordered burgers ate half and said they were done also not good. My youngest ordered a grilled cheese kids menu and added bacon guess what no bacon wrong cheese how can you mess up a grilled cheese sandwich there was only 4 other people in the establishment no excuses to try and say it was busy it was empty. The bill came 64 dollars we would have gotten better food somewhere else so I will never go back here again. P.s. the waitress was great.

Stopped by for lunch while at the mall with my kids. Waited with table pager , noticed 5+ burgers ready just sitting on the prep table. Burgers sat there for a good 10 minutes before they went to call our number. Once our shakes came out they went to call the number. Got a refund on everything and got a lil attitude from the girl who made the food. Told them I refuse to eat a cold burger and got a full refund. Service has gone down since they moved locations in the mall

Service here is freaking terrible. Bishop is rude & has the personality of a door. I said hi 3 times & he looked at me like I was a piece of garbage. Never coming to this location again. Hire people who respect others!

Worst fast food I have had. 2 burgers a hot dog and 1:2&1/2 fries and onion rings. All the food was cold. I specifically asked are they fresh cooked burgers, do you cook to order and was told yes. I watched them put a pre cooked patties on the grill. I was with someone so I didn’t want to make a scene.

First and last time. Hate to be that guy but everyone looks so lost. Spent a hefty 18$ for a burger fries and soda (all separate), for that price i didn’t expect a RAW patty but i was shook AND got attitude for telling them ??. Hope they didn’t do anything to the replacement because i was sincerely trying to be cool about it even though i shouldn’t have. Check your burgers guys.

Ordered our food and the waitress never brought our drinks. Our food sat under the burner for over 25 minutes until the waitress finally figured it out. Never again.
