Refused to allow a large party to sit together (against policy to move tables together), entire restaurant smelled of sewage. We ended up dining somewhere more accommodating.

Service here is freaking terrible. Bishop is rude & has the personality of a door. I said hi 3 times & he looked at me like I was a piece of garbage. Never coming to this location again. Hire people who respect others!

Worst fast food I have had. 2 burgers a hot dog and 1:2&1/2 fries and onion rings. All the food was cold. I specifically asked are they fresh cooked burgers, do you cook to order and was told yes. I watched them put a pre cooked patties on the grill. I was with someone so I didn’t want to make a scene.

First and last time. Hate to be that guy but everyone looks so lost. Spent a hefty 18$ for a burger fries and soda (all separate), for that price i didn’t expect a RAW patty but i was shook AND got attitude for telling them ??. Hope they didn’t do anything to the replacement because i was sincerely trying to be cool about it even though i shouldn’t have. Check your burgers guys.

Ordered our food and the waitress never brought our drinks. Our food sat under the burner for over 25 minutes until the waitress finally figured it out. Never again.

Samantha Dixon the manager is the bees knees and is a hard worker and always there to help, esp with finding a good deal on a family meal

I came here for a shake and a burger and the Manager Sam was the nicest person I ever met at this mall. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and made me feel valued as a customer. Will be returning with my family!

Kid-friendliness: Sam and her team were very nice and hospitable I think she is a strong leader and knows how make a welcoming and friendly environment

My husband had the chili cheese dog and I had the chicken strips. My chicken strips were consist with what I previously had, which was fine. However the menu states it is "smothered in homemade all beef chili", which it wasn't. Also, the menu description did not state that bun was hard toasted. Fortunately, I had enough strips to share. A waste of $7.69.

DON'T WAIST YOUR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION!
I ORDERED A DOUBLE BURGER. THE BUNN WAS STALE AND THE TWO PATTIES WERE BURNT, WITH HARDLY MUCH MEAT SHOWING IN BETWEEN. I BROUGHT IT BACK TO THE CASHIER WHO DIDN'T EVEN RESPOND TO WHAT I SAID, AND JUST HAD A DUMB LOOK ON HIS/HER FACE!!!! NO MANAGER CAME TO HANDLE THE SITUATION, NOTHING!! NO IM SORRY, WE'LL MAKE IT AGAIN, NOTHING !!!

This is the first bad review I give on a restaurant, and the first bad review I’ve had a Jhony Rockets, the employees treated me very poorly and acted as if I was offending them for literally just ordering, I was very disappointed with this experience, the food was also very poorly made and the burgers looked close to a McDonald’s sandwich, I am not a Karen I am 18 years old and I just had to leave a review because I think something should be done about this.
