I came here a couple weeks ago with my family and the bartender/server was great and the food was excellent. We decided to come back today looking forward to the delicious wings and appetizers. While we waited to order food my kids and I played darts and pool since it was mostly empty. This very scrubby old man then came up and started talking to me. He used to be a very poor tenant that I rented to. He became confrontational and I told him I was there to enjoy my Sunday and to please stop talking to me. He began to yell and cuss very loudly in front of my kids. The bartender (different from last time) just stood there. Then he went to sit back down and was still going off and I let the bartender know that I had asked him to leave me alone and he kept being aggressive. She did nothing but tell him “there’s a time and a place”. He was obviously a regular. Very big grubby unpleasant man. My family ended up leaving as he continued to create a hostile environment while the bartender did nothing. I understand that a bar and grill environment breeds this type of creature however I am disappointed that nothing was done about the aggressive patron.

Hello,
I wanted to share some feedback about my recent visit. Unfortunately, the bartender provided very poor service. She seemed to only pay attention to the men at the bar while ignoring us. We weren’t even offered straws for our drinks, and while she did bring a food menu, she never returned to take our order. It was very frustrating and disappointing.
Also, I’d like to ask — where is the young woman who usually works here? She has always been a wonderful server and gave us excellent service in the past. The difference in treatment was very noticeable.
I hope this is addressed because we truly enjoy coming here when the service is done right.

My regular bartender was the reason ive always returned on Wednesday and Fridays, her customer service was exceptional always made me and my guest feel welcomed. This past week im not sure where shes been but the replacement bartender is very male centered. Shes very attentive to them. While leaving my friends and I sitting flagging her down 10 15 mins waiting to order. And when she does tend to us we are rushed and half serviced. I hope the regular bartender for Wednesday amd Friday returns she was amazing and was the reason I raved and always brought my out of town guest here.

Trash ordered food to pick up didn't get anything I ordered, just a box of regular hot wings which i didn't order asked for a refund was told to go through a app to get it but the toast app says to ask the business ill just dispute it but overall trash experience
The food is always delicious and the atmosphere is very chill! Mix between Mexican and Black music

This is my experience from when I went on a Tuesday afternoon. The place was real clean and felt like a fun cool neighborhood dive bar/hole in the wall (which I love). I ordered some wings and the nice bartender let me split my flavors. The other locals inside were friendly. They have plenty of tvs and were showing the dbacks game (thank you!). I’d come back again!

Bartender was super friendly and courteous. The owner called to tell her that I was not allowed in with my service dog, which is illegal. I would highly avoid this pos establishment!
