I don't know KFC policy but something tells me that if it is 8 pm and you close at 10 pm you should not be out of breast. Nor should you have to wait 12 min which the girl offered hesitantly. You should not only be offering legs for all meals.

Their kitchen is too dirty for me, you can see it from the counter. After covid I can only see is germs. I don't think I can give them another chance maybe I wont buy here again. Also the chicken breast is too dry. Try to clean at least once a month for your future customers although I'm aware fried chicken is not considered as a healthy food but for the people who don't have time to cook when at home.

I came in today and got a fill up box and it was perfect even though they had no sweet tea they upgraded my drink free and every employee were extremely sweet and talking to me like knew me for years great environment and food was just as good i will recommend this over any other kfc great service

I should know by now to check my food before I leave because it's most often wrong. Ordered an 8 piece original last night. Got home and had 4 extra crispy breasts, nothing else. Seems like they just throw whatever they have in the bucket and toss it out the window and hope you don't notice.

I’m pretty sure two teenagers and another run this place on Sat nights. Stays busy but these guys have figured out they way to knock that shit out and provide great customer service still.. Super busy and wonderful service still. Excellent work

So for context I’ve purchased food from this location specifically famous bowls and popcorn/ nuggets, and never really had a distinguishing problem of service or food quality but this time is a ball dropped albeit you have to appreciate the speed and customer attention in store I wish I could name but the tall bearded light skin gentleman and the short brunette tan skin courteous woman besides in short context inferring their manager is on top of things, the issue is concerning order accuracy and food quality, as for accuracy I had to check in store (which you should always do to make sure you get exactly what your asked/ordered and paid for) and ended up missing the two large sides and it wasn’t until inspection at home that we noticed the chicken dark and spotted which are signs of old oil and sitting chicken reflective in both the strips and nuggets, the sides although have kept their reputable flavor, I would highly suggest the staff up their standard of food quality and order accuracy, I would be compeled after several orders to reevaluate my opinion.

Please read this review for honesty, as I do NOT leave less than 5 stars regardless of a bad experience. We ordered the 8 Piece Bucket of Joy plus a 2 Piece promo. This was some of the worst KFC I’ve ever had. Double breading w/ clumps under the top layer. We received a hodgepodge of items, most that we didn’t order. Once it would’ve been relayed to us via phone call or DoorDash that it was dark-meat only. That would been the breaking point. I would have rather received a phone call explaining that they didn’t have any fresh food, and I would’ve ordered something else.

Friendly staff working hard to effectively get orders handled in a timely fashion. I feel like the chicken is always a bit undercooked and slimey here . I took it home and put it in the air fryer for an additional 15 minutes. It was much better after doing that.
