Haven't been there in a while, always had good food and service, went today and found KFC no longer exists here and now it is a large Taco Bell with no KFC. Gave it a one star because no one took the time to fix their google ad and maps, wasting a bunch of customers time.

SERVICE NOTICE: KFC @ 6708 W Deer Valley Rd has been closed for 3 months as of January 2023. It is being renovated to become a Taco Bell only location. The KFC website shows that it is still open for business at this location but this location is still completely closed next to Cheeseburgers & Cold Beers. If you attempt to place an online order it may or may not place the order.....however if you are able to place an order....you will get a delayed cancelation response.

Whole place is filthy. All tables dirty, bathrooms dirty, no customers inside, no one is in the drive thru. Maybe invest in rags and soap. Retraining is probably necessary.

Ordered online, for pickup. They left out the dipping sauces for the chicken nuggets. No sauce = nuggets blah.
I always come here for a quick bite. The lady at the drive through was very nice and helpful. I got the spicy chicken tenders today . They where fresh and hot. This place is amazing,How the eff werd did they make the cold rubber strips crunchy? I was told to wait out front for the chicken tenders I ordered to be cooked ,then I got my crunchy cold rubber strips . I wanted at least hot crunchy rubber ,dang

Order was wrong, drink was wrong, 2 biscuits missing, cole slaw missing, chicken was dry, the one biscuit we got was doughy, mash potatoes were not bad, highlight of the meal.

Twice i went in to order 16 pieces and went home only 15 pieces almost $50 for the order you don’t get what pay for happened to me twice,same place.make sure you count your order.
