Would have gave more stars but after finding hair in my sons chicken nuggets and telling staff about it they offered to remake new ones and I explained he is grossed out now and would like a cheese crisp instead is that ok they said yes then charged me for a cheese crisp. I would have thought they would have done it for free?

We ordered an 8 piece meal & a bean/cheese burrito at the drive up.I forgot to ask for a couple extra things on my burrito when ordering, when I apologized at the window and asked for the extras.... it seemed like an inconvenience.When we get home & start to eat, I took a bite of the potatoes and had to spit them out because they were very sour tasting.I tried calling this location and after ringing a bit a msg came on that the memory was full & asked for a code?!?!Needless to say, I'll never eat at this location again!

My son did an online order to stop and get on his way home from work. He went through the drive thru (only car in drive thru) and said he was there for a mobile order. They told him he needed to go inside to get it and would not give it to him through the drive thru. He walked inside and they handed him the food immediately. Absolutely ridiculous that he had to park and get out to go get it. This is the second time in a month that we have had horrible service or food at this location. Usually around the same time of day. You have lost a customer. Will never eat here again

So what managers' idea is it to leave a bunch of punk kids to work KFC when they can't even get half the order correct.. this is probably the 3rd time this same thing has happened.... all the employees are chit chatting with all their friends when they should be working.. clearly, they can't multi task because half of our order is missing.. we have open packets of homey everywhere.. the biscuit box wasn't even shut.. the mashed potatoes are half full. They forgot the other one . We ordered a chicken sandwich, and we got a chicken tender wrapped in a bun.. bro, how do yall eff up this bad.. please get me in touch with a manager.. I never go out of my way to make reviews, but this is bullahit

I would give no stars if I could....Worst experience ever at this location...Chicken not fully cooked....greasy....soggy...We ended up tossing most of it...fearful of food poisoning....So disgusting...Tried to call to speak with manager...no answer....Wasted $38....We will not be back!
Well they almost received a 5 star and a 3 star. I did a KFC run for my friends about thirty minutes away so the order was over $85. Well they failed to include so many items we couldn't believe our hungry eyes.Very frustrated with one of my friends stating this always happens here ... I call the KFC and spoke with Roy. Fortunately he remembered me and the order. I apologize profusely and absolutely made it right. The problem of course is that evening. Some people didn't get what they ordered. However, next week I'm sure we will get exactly as we order and Roy will ensure everything is perfect.

Can't do it anymore !!! The food was so dang old. $42 for a 12 piece ( of SHizzle ). Broski the mash potatoes were see through. The fries were cold and dryer then King Tuts dead fingers. The mac n cheese were all soupy. The bathrooms were so disgusting, there was cigarette butts on the floor like someone smoked on the toilet HAHA Who smokes anymore seriously. There was even a splash of white somethin on the front windows like someone got pissed and launched there milkshake it. I asked for a manager and it was a teenager (NO LIE). I asked for a refund and he said he can't store policy. He gave me a store credit HAHAHA How crazy is that, I am forced to endor hell a second time. Yea right!!! Come back to eat dingle berries of my chicken tenders. No way !!! Stay away I am down $43 dollars but please don't give these businesses your money, they don't care about you.

The food tonight was disgusting. I order takeout from this location multiple times, but tonight - it was terrible. The fried chicken was overcooked, if I didn't know better - I thought they gave me leftover from last night and just reheated it. The batter on the chicken was dark greasy brown and not golden and the meat was tough and dry. I'm not sure I would order from here again.

They tend to make mistakes a lot yet don't offer to fix them. Too busy not to have a better experienced management staff during business hours. I can't say that I have ever got the correct food.
