I wittnessed a manager by the name of Mike. Yell at his employee while they were helping customers to take food out, even though another employee was free to do so. I have seen him treat his employee with a lot of distain and unprofessionalism. I am going to stop coming to this location

It's affordable. French Toast is ok. Very thick and kinda soft inside. It's like a cinnamon roll with egg on it.

Overpriced for mediocre food. I got a turkey sandwich and it was soggy, it just fell apart. I went inside and got it to go and while paying, I didn’t notice the option for “no tip”, only 10% or more or a specific dollar amount. Not coming back.

It's 10.99 for a bowl of soup!! I didn't even get bread like they said o would and my half sandwich and dessert were crammed in a small bag that I didn't notice no bread was in it. I tried to call but was disconnected. No receipt was given either. So disappointing.

Overpriced soggy sandwich. Soup was great, but tiny. I prefer other overpriced sandwich shops. I don't get the popularity.

I just had the most delightful experience in your drive through. Everyone is always friendly there but tonight, I had the pleasure of meeting Ryan. His friendliness was outstanding and put a smile on my face. He suggested a sandwich for me because what I had originally ordered they were out of and it was delicious. He was wonderful from the moment I drove up. I will be back and hope he is there to make my day.

Matt and Neil truly showed “you never know what someone is going through”. I pulled through the drive through and began to order. I was immediately greeted by the both of them. I hadn’t been to Kneaders in years so I forgot what I used to get, but Matt helped me figure something out by asking me what i used to get and then telling me popular items. I told him I wanted the “chunky mustard” and we all started laughing because clearly “chunky mustard” sounds gross and isn’t the right word. When I pulled up to the window, Neil greeted me so kindly and just began to talk to me. These 2 men would’ve never known that this was my first meal in 2 days, I had been sitting in a hospital room waiting for any sort of news, and my brother got deployed. Their smiles, great customer service, and positivity made me smile when I didn’t know I was able to. (And my sandwich was also fantastic).

I ordered a turkey bacon avocado sandwich with everything on it with Asiago cheese bread. The sandwich had turkey and bacon in it and unpeeled avocado. No lettuce, tomato, salt, or pepper. If I could give it no stars I would. I will not be coming here again.
