Nope, nope, nope…..the place looks awful inside. Dirty, unkept, and very few doughnuts available. The doughnuts themselves look old and crusty. The service was slow. We left without ordering so we can’t review the taste. Don’t think we will be back.

The store was filthy the glass to watch the donuts was covered in splatter. No hats for the kids service was horrible and they were out of all the specialty donuts at 730 in the morning even though you could see them on the racks I was told were out. All of the tables were dirty just a horrible experience what happened the brand has always been better than this

I was there at 6am in the morning, I ordered one maple donut and a box of assorted mini donuts. To my utter disappointment, they were all ice cold. At least heat it up a little, put some effort into your freaking product.

I know they'll just leave a disingenuous pre-written response but I'll leave this anyway. I am leaving 2 stars to give the staff the benefit of the doubt but these people are rude. Lmao I had an email about a promotion, I will admit I misunderstood the promo. However the staff was unnecessarily rude. When I got to the window I said I thought it was this price, the girl at the window threw up hands up for the manager. The manager came to the window with an attitude. I am not sure if they're tired of explaining it but that's not my fault it's your job. Anyway I will never spend money here and I unsubscribed to those bait and switch email promotions. I partially blame corporate for poor promotions that the staff has to explain. Coupons shouldn't be bait and switch.

Thursday is donuts day at our house.

Went in this morning after work to get donuts. I seen several bees flying around in the donut display case and one was crawling on the donuts. When I told the cashier, she said, They're all over here". Donuts also mislabeled and when I pointed that out she didn't seem to care, so had to take donuts out of my box and get others. Poor service and unsanitary!
Donuts are rather small for the premium price charged.

Don't go here after 7pm or you'll get horrible service. It took 4 of the workers 25 min to make us 2 hot chocolates and 2 glazed donuts. They had no clue what they were doing on the hot chocolate was Luke warm at best. I won't go here again.

leaving a review for the pretty brown skinned girl with maybe some box braids that was working the morning shift :) she gave me my two og glazed doughnuts for free and did apologize for the wait the customer before me did have a few things but I was in not hurry at all very kind and even before while she was serving the customer in front she let me know she's be right with me. excellent customer service place was nice and tidy I love the layout of seeing where the doughnuts get made. Definitely coming back
