They almost never have the specials. They run out them when they do very quickly. The floor is always sticky when you go inside to order. This location is the worst.

The food tasted good, but they dont guarantee warmness anymore. My donuts weren't only lukewarm, but they were cold. Not only were they cold, but it cost me $9 for 3 donuts. I also originally drove through the drive through and no one would help me. No one over the speaker or at the window. Krispy Kreme has fallen off. Go to bosa instead. Get your money's worth.

Came in for special Harry Potter donuts. Drove 40 min to the store. Hand written sign on door said they were out of the special item. Son was upset and wanted to leave. I encouraged him to go inside. Guess what, they had made more…forgot to take the sign down. Donuts were great. Call ahead if you’re looking for a certain item!

Excellent experience!!!! I placed a mobile order for a dozen Harry potter donuts then after I got there I added drinks and the sorting donut 😁 and they were so friendly and super fast service!!!! Great time over all will definitely be returning!

Super bad service around 8:20am on 08/23/2025z I have mobile order and I expect it will be ready when I arrive or even the front desk can serve us quick. But the front desk is super slow and just walk around to do nothing then just ask someone else to serve me who is working the coffee for other customer for long time. Really bad experience. I rather go to Dunking

Refused to sell me 3 of their featured donuts for my kids. I had to walk in and have each of them pay separately for them to allow it for whatever reason. They were also sold out of all their glazed and chocolate donuts and told me they don’t make them till 7am even though they open at 5:30am. Manager was not apologetic- but instead annoyed and rude to me for wanting to buy their product.

Every single time I come to this location the people working are JERKS. Always with an attitude zero manners at all. Not a hello how can I help you? NOTHING. They just stare at you like you’re an inconvenience. The lobby is constantly closed, who knows for what reason they’re just standing around. I went yesterday as I passed and the hot light was on. I ordered at the drive thru when I got to the window the girl was so rude so much attitude, and asked is there 2 of you? Um hello yes why would I steal a “free” donut. I hate this location I drive out of my way to the one on Indian school where the people actually have manners and personality.

Nope, nope, nope…..the place looks awful inside. Dirty, unkept, and very few doughnuts available. The doughnuts themselves look old and crusty. The service was slow. We left without ordering so we can’t review the taste. Don’t think we will be back.
