Went in this morning after work to get donuts. I seen several bees flying around in the donut display case and one was crawling on the donuts. When I told the cashier, she said, They're all over here". Donuts also mislabeled and when I pointed that out she didn't seem to care, so had to take donuts out of my box and get others. Poor service and unsanitary!

Don't go here after 7pm or you'll get horrible service. It took 4 of the workers 25 min to make us 2 hot chocolates and 2 glazed donuts. They had no clue what they were doing on the hot chocolate was Luke warm at best. I won't go here again.

leaving a review for the pretty brown skinned girl with maybe some box braids that was working the morning shift :) she gave me my two og glazed doughnuts for free and did apologize for the wait the customer before me did have a few things but I was in not hurry at all very kind and even before while she was serving the customer in front she let me know she's be right with me. excellent customer service place was nice and tidy I love the layout of seeing where the doughnuts get made. Definitely coming back

You need to change your hours of operation. I drove 8 miles to pick up doughnuts for a family gathering and it was 9:25 PM and store was closed. Sign directed me to drive through and there was a message indicating it’s closed.
Their cut and paste generic response indicates how much they care.
I haven't had Krispy Kreme in several years but I decided to place an online order today for a doughnut and a latte. On the website it said to pick up the order inside when normally I'd go through the drive thru. I'm glad I did because what I saw inside was something that made me never want to eat there again! As I'm standing in line, I see something flying out of the corner of my eye. I look over to see not one, but TWO WASPS INSIDE the display case WITH THE DOUGHNUTS THAT THEY SERVE PEOPLE. I'd almost understand stubborn small pests like fruit flies or something, or even maybe one rogue wasp, but multiple? It begs so many questions. I can only assume they have a wasp nest that they've decided to ignore. It's clearly a sanitary issue, but moreso a safety issue. I know I was not the only customer to notice them either.
Other than that, they didn't make my latte ahead of time because they were out of skim milk, and I told them 2% was fine. I'm pretty sure they gave me a small instead of the medium I ordered, but that ended up being okay because it tasted pretty bad and I didn't finish it. I also didn't end up eating my doughnut for obvious reasons.
