We came to the buffet for all the options... $96 for 4 people... we were highly disappointed. They had birria but it was mostly broth, maybe they forgot to add the meat. The food was not good. Then as we were finishing up a roach walked across the wall!! NOPE!! We will NOT be back!

Always drama in downtown Glendale. Each time I have visited police are usually present because someone else in the crowd doesn't know how to behave.

La Perla is turning into a Multi Cultural Venue that is catering to the Beautiful city of Glendale in the Old Town District. It has recently changed ownership and is now in the hands of new management. It is exciting to see what is will become as decades ago it was a hole in the wall restaurant on 59th Ave known for its albondigas, to a venue that showcases local artists and bands from all over the valley weekly. They Host a Weekly jam on Wednesday that anyone can come and sit in and Play along with the House band. Almost like a live Karaoke. The have a pool table and tvs when there is a fight or a big game you can just pop in and have a drink. Come Support all the Local businesses in Old Town Glendale.

The bartender is the best, super nice, helpful, and friendly. Went in with a larger group and she made sure to take care of us and was constantly going back and forth to get us what we needed. The cook was obviously not happy to see us and most of the food was meh, except for the wings...those were done well.
