Had DIET Dr. Pepper ONLY and got home my sugar was over 300. CHECK THAT stuff before you put someone in the hospital! Overall quality is sorely lacking. Customer service is non-existent.

Food as usual was hot off the grill and delicious. I was met with a great smile and very personable server at the drive up window. Never have we had a bad experience at Lenny's. Always expect the best from the best!!

Stopped by for a quick lunch on a Saturday. Fast and friendly service. I had the Cowboy burger which was huge, and a tasty burger. Everything was cooked to order. The ambiance is really cool. There are five booths and a table in the middle that seats 8. It's a small space but there was plenty seating when we stopped by. Recommended!

Ordered a Chili Cheese Dog. No cheese, but I was glad because I wouldnât have wanted it to hide this monstrosity of a âmealâ.
The buns were extremely soggy, the dog was wrinkly and a strange yellowish color.. The âchiliâ or should I say, MYSTERY meat was the most burnt, bottom of the pan, nastiest texture Iâve ever seen. It doesnât appear to be beans, or meat? Looks a lot like poo if you ask me. It was obviously old, which makes me cringe.
What a complete sloppy mess! I get chili dogs typically are, but this wasnât even edible.. I just love how it started seeping out of the container, and they didnât give me a bag or napkins so that was awesome.
Oh and the flat awful drink (despite ordering no ice), it was so nice of them to leave it on the outside of the cup for me! Sticky hands are fun.
Would you be surprised if I told you the food was cold? I only live less than a block away. But it doesnât matter because no matter how hungry I was, you couldnât PAY ME to eat whatever the heck THAT was. I was so upset, I just tossed it. Didnât even bother to make a complaint or ask for my money back.
This isnât the first time Lennyâs at 59th and Peoria has done this. I once ordered a simple burger, and I shouldâve taken photos because it was completely undercooked. Iâm not over exaggerating. I never had a patty so pink, it was bleeding. I was actually pretty sick because I ate more than half of it before noticing. I wrote it off as a simple mistake, but anytime I eat here I get food like this.
Just donât go here. I donât care how hungry you are, or how cheap their food is. It isnât worth getting sick over. Anywhere else is safer to eat than this, I assure you.

Lenny's is super stylish and retro looking inside! The tables outside and the overall appearance of the building is super cute.
I waited in line (Drive-thru) for over 40 minutes with one car ahead of me. Once I pull to the window, 40 minutes after ordering, I'm handed my food and given sauces to go with. Once getting home, our three plain burgers and one chicken sandwich is three chicken sandwiches and a burger with everything on it.

Waited 35 minutes for my dine in order to be made. All the while they were getting drive through orders done in about 5 minutes each order.
When I did get my order, it was child and the bib was soggy. I didn't bother taking it to the manager because when I spoke to him earlier, he didn't seem like he cared.
Reading other reviews it doesn't seem Lenny's addresses the issue. Not in the restaurant or online, as they offer no explanation or apology, and they only respond to positive reviews.

I stopped by Saturday October 26,2024 probably just before 6 pm. I was wanting a pastrami burger so I ordered, I also ordered a chicken sandwich meal, and the family meal for my family. In total rough almost $60. I was on the right drive through window, I waited almost 10 to 15 minutes watching them serve the other window. The gal at the time opened the window and I gave her a $100 bill to pay for my food. The bill was a 2003 so it was older, I just got paid from my client with it, and I checked it it had all the security details on it. It was just older and thin. The girl looked at it, no observations of any other water markings on it, and not even a uv light or pen check. She looked at me and told me the bill was fake....I then asked her how do you know yoi did not even check it. She said because I can tell it's fake. She then called her manager Joaquin via FaceTime showed him the bil via FaceTime and said this guys trying to pass off and pay me with a fake bill. At this time I been sitting there almost 30 minutes listening to them. I said then I will pay with my card nice and calmly.
I said its fine i will pay with my card and when i go and get the bill verification as real i would like my food for free. Joaquin then tells her to tell me that they refuse to serve me, and I asked why? I said said I will pay for my food I'm just simply saying if the bill is real I would like some sort of compensation. They refuse me service and I left, I went to my back and they confirmed the bill as real.
I am extremely disappointed in the way the situation was handled from the management, I was embarrassed with they way the employee tried belittling me claiming I was trying to scam this business. The owner reached out to me and I told her the situation, and asked if they had cameras and to watch the situation, I wasn't rude and I was calm.
As a business owner myself, and a general manager for another company. This situation was handled wrong, and unprofessional.
I give them 2 stars only because the supposed owner called me.
