I had a disappointing experience here. I was informed by the employee at the counter that there was a 35-minute wait for the food to be ready. It seemed like the employee deliberately emphasized this wait time, almost as if trying to discourage customers from staying. During my time there, four customers ended up leaving because of the long wait. It felt like poor communication and a lack of effort to accommodate or explain the situation in a more customer-friendly way. Definitely could have been handled better.

68 degrees outside and it's significantly colder inside. Hard to stand in there and what to order. I almost gave up to the cold 🥶
Asked for an extra most bestest. Forgot to ask for extra sauce and was treated like I just caused a huge inconvenience for them. Then they tried to charge me and extra 6.25 dollars for extra sauce! Saying that they already put the pizza in (even though I just ordered the pizza) the "manager a white women comes over and proceeds to tell me that the extra sauce button is not lighting up. So I just said give me the pizza that's already put in I guess. Wow cannot belive they tried to overcharge me for sauce! Definitely will be going to another spot. Then when I got home my pizza was wrong!

They NEVER answer the phone! If you call, the answering service answers, then patches you through to the store, then you go in circles. So if you are calling for an existing order, or you call to let them know your order is wrong, you are out of luck. The pizza will come when ot gets there. There's no way to check on it, as they dont answer their phone. If your order is wrong, you have to drive there on your own to get it corrected. This store is terrible. If I could give less then one star, I would!!!
