I ordered my pizza at 10:57am and it was in the oven at 10:59 am and got finished at 11am! My pizza was not fresh or hot. They were lazy and put go and ready and threw them in there. I spend a lot of money and tipped for laziness. I ordered 3 large pepperoni and it’s all dry and crusty. My pick up time was supposed to be at 11:14-11:19am and it was done literally in two min. I’m so disappointed I always get pizza from here and I always order fresh I purposely don’t get the hot and ready because of how dry and cold they are.

My car broke down infront of the store right after purchasing and they were so kind and helpful while I was trying to get things figured out. They went above and beyond to make sure I was okay, offering support and making a stressful situation so much easier. There has been a huge decline in presentation of pizza, its always over cooked, sloppy made, bland. I feel bad having to check my box before leaving to make sure my pizza is indeed fresh and properly made to eat.

Cheap pizza, cheap service, poor quality, customer service zero. Everyone just walked around while I stood there waiting for 20 minutes that the employee stated wasn't in the portal. When I finally got help they pull it out the portal. Didnt event look at it till I got home. If you don't want to work for lil ceasers find another job.
