I ordered a pizza an hour ago through the app and and I came to pick it up and they don’t have my order. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager hasn’t come to speak to me, I’ve been waiting for 8mins and nothing. I asked for a discount or something free to accommodate for the poor customer service I’m receiving and all the cashier said was you already paid. “You’re going to have to wait for the order to be made”

THE FOOD HERE IS OK BUT I SEEN ALMOST ALL OF THE WORKERS NOT FOLLOWING FOOD SAFTY. I HAVE A FOOD HANDLER CARD I ALSO COOK FOOD FOR A LIVING. ALL THE EMPLOYEES IN THIS PLACE ARE NOT WEARING ANY GLOVES THERE ON THE PHONE TUCHING THERE PHONES. THE PHONES GOSE EVERYWHERE IT GOSE IN THE BATHROOMS TO AND FROM WORK. THAT CAN KILL SOMEONE I'VE GOTTEN FOOD POISONING A FEW TIMES IN MY LIFE. EACH TIME I THOUGHT THAT I WAS GOING TO DIE. FOOD SAFTY IS NO JOKE.

Ordered off the app and had to wait 15 min for my order after the posted time. Food was cold and they give you a sealed bag with everything in it but I had no napkin, no ketchup and no straw.

I ordered on the mobile app and my pizza was an hour late from my pick up time. I arrived on the time said and was told by the employee for 40 minutes straight that my order of ONE CLASSIC PEPPERONI pizza will be ready in a few minute while they continuously played in the back while people were coming in for their orders. Employee really kept telling people they’re backed up while the boys in the back were blasting music and laughing and playing around. Absolutely ridiculous.
