I tried to place an order over the phone twice. The first time I called, I was disconnected the second time she didn’t answer. I told her I didn’t want no pork product on my pizza and I would only take cheese and a mushroom pizza got home and it was pork on my pizza. I called to ask for a refund. She said she would give me a refund. I waited a few hours. Wasn’t able to get a refund and then when I called back to speak with the manager, he said I can only get credit for another pizza I would just say I would not be going back to their location.

I don't care for dirty places - kitchen area heavey dust on the black pipe right next to were the pizza is cut. Imagination can run wild thinking of other areas the eye can see. Pizza asked for it to be bottom cooked a couple of minutes longer - I don't like doughy pizza- bottm still doughy- top of pizza dried out. I felt like I had gotten a pizza from the garbage. No time soon will I return

Ordered pizza and new bites and it was delivered by Door Dash and was a hot mess and looked it was laying on its side. The pizza wasn't what I ordered and tasted like crap and I threw it away. I will never eat at Lite Caesars again. Greasy hot shitty mess.

The lady at the cash register was very rude. She was attending customer in a very unprofessional way with no manners. There was no reason for her to speak to me with attitude. This does not look good for the company, I will not be ordering from this location again. Attitude like hers makes the environment very ugly. I didn't get her name but date was September 12 @ 11am

I LOVE THIS STORE!! EVERYONE HERE IS SUPER SWEET. Orders are always made correctly. They had one issue but that's because some Man came in acting a fool. They still continued business as usual. I do hope they banned him from the store. Our pizzas were made well. They just need to cut a little deeper and make sure the portions are correct. I still give them 10/10

Well…. Where should I start? We’ve been using uber eats many times and never had this problem until this evening. When the Uber driver arrived to pick up our food OUR FOOD WAS STOLEN! The Uber driver that arrived to pick up our order said that this location is very unprofessional and don’t care as they do not watch the orders that are to be picked up. This place is the worst Little Caesar’s very poor management. Go elsewhere to order you will get what you ordered, great quality, outstanding customer service. 🛑 STOP!!!

9 times out of 10 my order is wrong. Once they made my order wrong 3 times in 1 night. It took over an hour to get the order right. They are slow. There can be several workers standing around and no one will greet you.
