We asked for crazy stuffed crust pizza and they gave us regular pepperoni, we read the receipt because and asked if it was the stuffed crust and she said yes. She then clocked out. And what’s with the pizza this pizza has so much Parmesan it’s ridiculous.

Always consistent and good food.

Absolutely terrible. Missed half my order. The dasher didn’t even bother to look but even worse was the food I ordered half cheese half pepperoni and well done. What I actually got was a barely cooked old pepperoni pizza and no crazy sauce which you have to pay for. Everything was cold and gross.

Pizza was actually good. The workers could be a little more friendly and smile somedays. Sometimes seems like there too busy to talk to a customer. Thanks for the pizzas

Originally I left a good review, but coming back a second time later I'm seeing what everyone is complaining about. Slow rude service

Yesterday my elderly, disabled father entered the Little Caesar’s on 83rd ave and Glendale while my mom waited in the car. My father has been diagnosed with “failure to thrive”, so anytime he has a craving, we try to accommodate him because he rarely eats anymore. Antoine was assisting him. He ordered his pizza and when his debit card wouldn’t go through (he’s on social security and forgets how to budget for the month), Antoine showed my dad more compassion than he’s gotten in a long time. You see, sometimes he gets impatient or irate because he’s had a stroke that has affected his logical thinking. Bystanders usual laugh at the cranky old man causing a scene, but when my dad came back to the car and my mom asked what took so long, he then explained that his card kept getting declined and that a young boy (an employee) paid for his pizza out of his own pocket. My mom cried. I cried when my mom called to tell me. When I called today to find out who the employee was and to ask to reimburse him, Antoine refused to let me pay him back and told me he would never laugh at my dad’s situation. Antoine needs to be recognized. You never know what someone has been through and instead of sending him away hungry, he showed compassion and helped my dad. We need more people in the world like Antoine.

Why does Little Ceasars advertise having hot and ready pizzas because none of they're restaurants never have any ready!!! This is such false advertisement. They also said 25 minutes for a pizza as I watch staff eating in the back of the store.

Very poor customer service. They don't come and help customer. They are busy talking at the back with each other. They don't care if customer is waiting from long time. No good.

I should have looked before I left.

Customer service is not there at all. We understand the store is busy and all but instead of helping the customers that are there, they keep staying at the back and not even come to the front to inquire or help customers. Sometimes they have like 15-20 customers waiting and no employees seem to be concerned and come help or ask what they need. Little Ceasears need to hire one emplyee each shifts just for the front and of course enough employees on shift otherwise it will a huge backlog on customers waiting and lots of pressure and workload on the employees. Hope this review will help bring some changes. Thanks.

This is such a poorly ran location, there is no adults here .. no one greets you or even acts like they want to be here. The line is out the door to just pick up a pizza .. they just look at you like deer in the headlights. It’s very unwelcoming.
