The food here is exceptional - all of it, no matter what you order. Tucked away on a quiet street in Glendale is this hidden jewel of a restaurant. Family owned with a wonderful cozy ambiance. Excellent attentive service. One of my favourite places to dine hands down. A+
Used to be my favorite place

Good food. Good service. Building itself is a bit outdated but i think it’s purposely made that way to create nostalgia.

Loved everything about this place. Server could've been more attentive but still, that aside, this little place rocks and so festive for Christmas.

The ambience was very cute and charming. The space feels inviting and has a pleasant atmosphere.
Food
The food was good. We ordered the catfish spring rolls and they were delicious once everything finally made it to the table.
Service
The service was the biggest issue and it was very disappointing, especially since my family has been coming here for 3 years. Parts of our order were missing, including several side dishes and even the sauce for the spring rolls. We asked for a cup of ice and that was missing too. We waited about 10 minutes after receiving the catfish before the vegetables were brought out and we had to keep asking for simple items. It's a shame because things taste best when the food is still hot, but the catfish was already cold once they brought out all the small dishes that came with the main dish.
Because the staff was moving so slowly, we ended up walking to the counter (6 times) just to follow up on things that should have been brought to us without asking. It honestly felt like we were serving ourselves.
The Vietnamese coffee tasted sickly sweet and burnt. After taking one sip, I asked to switch to a Thai tea, hoping it would be better, but that drink was also extremely sickenly sweet. I returned it after one sip as well. I was surprised to see that I was charged for both drinks and was told it was because I drank them, which did not feel fair at all. They even charged us for the lemon slices.
Overall
This experience was very frustrating from start to finish and made the entire meal feel unpleasant. The restaurant seems to charge for every little thing and the staff is slow and forgetful. Having to get up so many times just to remind them about our order is simply not acceptable. I really hope things improve, especially for long time customers who have supported this place for years.
Stopped there after a long weekend of drinking, it was delicious and cured my hangover 100% will go back again if im in the area. Good portions, reasonable price and great flavor

Was the food good? It sure was. The service was a different story. We were sat and it too them 15 min to get our drinks. Once our order was finally taken we waited about 40 min for our food to come out. So yes the food was really good and service was really slow. Go at your own discretion.

My recent experience trying to dine at Little Saigon on a Sunday was incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
Their publicly advertised Sunday hours clearly state they are open from 11:00 AM to 6:30 PM. I arrived at the restaurant around 6:00 PM, giving myself ample time before the scheduled closing.
To my surprise, the doors were either already locked or I was immediately told by staff that they were closed and to leave.
If a business advertises that they are open until 6:30 PM, they should honor that commitment, especially since 6:00 PM is well within the stated operating window. This practice of closing 30+ minutes early, forcing customers who traveled to the location to turn away, is terrible customer service.
Please be aware that the advertised closing time may be inaccurate, and I strongly recommend calling ahead if you plan to arrive anytime near the end of their stated hours. It's a shame that a simple matter of respecting published schedules ruined what should have been a nice dinner out.
