The service was terrible but as I was being mistreated, a juicy cockroach crawled up the wall so I was able to snap a picture and get out of there. Saved by poor customer service.

We ordered the beef teriyaki meal and chicken teriyaki meal. Great taste - sauce was flavorful, serving size generous, overall filling. Being in Arrowhead mall, this place can have a long wait plus included cooking time, as everything is made on the grill to order (about 5-10 minutes for us). But it was worth it, and I'd definitely stop by again for another meal!
This place used to be one of my favorite fast food places. I just can’t wrap my head around why you can’t provide your customers with Sriracha sauce?? . it’s sitting right on the counter. I’m not eating there my order is TO GO it’s not like I’m asking for anything Free I’m a paying customer. I don’t order 1 meal I order 6 at a time every time, but Even if I did order 1 meal it shouldn’t be an issue. I get it sometimes supplies just run short but this isn’t the 1st time it’s happened that’s why I’m leaving this review, I’m a business owner myself. I don’t care what customer I have I’ll tell you this I sure wouldn’t lose their business over something as simple as this for a small container of sauce .

If you order Uber Eats from this location, your driver will be waiting an extremely long time. Worst place for an Uber driver...first you have to walk into the mall and then you wait! Not good at all!

This is my favorite teriyaki chicken! It's super simple and has the flavor that is the best. Noodles are perfect, vegetables delicious, all together heaven. All the rest around town, there is something off. Please never change :)
I visited this store first way back 2016. I believe the owner was a Japanese elderly couple, and I met their grandson, who was the cashier back then. They always have good food and a great service, very humble family. After 7 years, I visited again, and it's still the best bento I've ever tasted.

My husband and I usually avoid the mall unless we have to go, we ate here one time and both of us agreed we’d come back just for little Tokyo. His words exactly, forget panda let’s eat here! 10/10 would highly recommend!!
