fried fish is usually yummy but they are slow as molasses getting it cooked and out... also, last trip there, employees standing around and garbage LITERALLY piled all over trash bin because Nobody emptied it! One employee on break while another came out to chat ...five feet away from bin and never even looked at it. Management needs to do better. 67th Ave/Happy Valley PHX

Haven't had long John silvers in years let's say I know why they are all closing the chicken was dark brown not the golden color I once knew, was told only sauce they had was tarter and cocktail. Where is the chicken sauce. Long John silvers is now dead to me

Not as good as it used to be. The thick pieces of fish are flat and thin the recipe obviously has been changed. It had been a while since I've been to a Long John silver's being that we have none where I live. Just not the same.... disappointed ?

Decided to get some lunch on my way home from an appointment. Stopped and went inside since you cannot order LJS in the drive through. The cashier was friendly and attentive when placing my order. The store was well stocked with the condiments and beverage station was clean. I received my Taco Bell order first and about two minutes later, my LJS order. Overall, about 6-7 minute wait for the food which didn't seem too bad. The order was correct and all food was received. The Taco Bell items were all correct and satisfactory. My order of LJS was also very good. The only small complaint I could have made was regarding the shrimp. Otherwise, the flavors were good considering it was fast food seafood and the Taco Bell items were good as well. Will go back again and would recommend this place if in the mood for a seafood fix or a taco.

If I could give a lower review, I would.. The chicken is "what the heck can you even call it" besides shriveled up strips of chicken strips!! What happened to the fluffy crispy chicken that they used to have?? Gone I guess! Raised the price, shrunk the chicken and stripped it of all the taste!! Horrible - Will never be back as well as I have to say, the service flat out stinks!!! I guess that is also, raise there pay and get worse employees!! How's this all working out for ya!! Recommend is to stay away...

I grew up eating Long John Silver's in Chicago. It was one of my grandmother's favorite restaurants. I have eaten at a few out here in Arizona and they have been OK but not great. The one over here is severely lacking. We have purchased food from them twice, the first time seemed like they didn't change their oil very often and the second time everything was burnt and overcooked but of course we did not find out until we got it home. Very disappointing
