Glendale Lou Malnati's

I’m writing this is a Chicagoan who moved here in 2018 and ate Lou’s for years and years there before moving here. When we started getting pizza from this location in 2020, it was fantastic and just like how it was in Chicago. However, I feel like the quality has gone done tremendously over the past year or so. We always get deep dish sausage pizzas. The pizzas we’ve gotten here over the recent past several months seem to be thinner, dry, skimping out on ingredients and just not tasting how it should. I don’t know if they’ve gotten different cooks over the past year and they are just not making these pizza up to par with how a Lou’s deep dish pizza should be or the fact that it’s a carry our location only and they stopped caring (again, this locations pizza weren’t always like this) but the pizza quality lately here has dropped so much, it’s pretty sad. Used to go to the Scottsdale restaurant after moving here and the pizza was always on point there, haven’t been there since 2019 though. We don’t see ourselves ordering from here hardly at all for probably quite a while, which is a shame. Not to mention the price has drastically gone up in the past 5 years alone but that’s how it is everywhere. I’m not so much disappointed in the price as I am the food quality at this location now

Ordered a large deep dish and Cesar salad. Pizza was in bad shape when we received it. The toppings were pushed to the center and the crust was stale and bare. This is the second time we've received poor quality food from this restaurant. It like whoever is making this food is rushing through and not ensuring quality of the food. And this is a very pricey pizza joint. We will not eat or order from here again.

This location is just a pick up spot, they were working through some POS issues and were a bit scattered. The pizza was really good though.

I like the thin crust. He likes the thick crust. What do you do? Order two pizzas and everyone's happy. Healthy portions. Filing and plenty of leftovers

every time we order from Lou’s, the pizza is NEVER ready when promised! I’m talking like 15-20 minutes later, not just a few minutes

This is the first time visiting this location. My small thin crust pizza was terrible. I went there they couldn't find my order. I waited for my pizza, they threw something together, it was nasty. I gave a tip because of friendly staff.
