This location is just a pick up spot, they were working through some POS issues and were a bit scattered. The pizza was really good though.

I like the thin crust. He likes the thick crust. What do you do? Order two pizzas and everyone's happy. Healthy portions. Filing and plenty of leftovers

Very bad pizza store. No good environment for even the customer service is zero and very bad

Very nice for a carry out venue. No in house dining at this location.

every time we order from Lou’s, the pizza is NEVER ready when promised! I’m talking like 15-20 minutes later, not just a few minutes

This is the first time visiting this location. My small thin crust pizza was terrible. I went there they couldn't find my order. I waited for my pizza, they threw something together, it was nasty. I gave a tip because of friendly staff.

One of my favorite Chicago pizza outlets. Glad they went nationwide. This one is where my parents live in Arizona. I still have them Fed. Ex to my place in Nevada.

Not sure what happened to this pizza ?? Wings were delicious!! Pizza 👎👎👎 We're sad n disappointed. ☹️😕 Been eating Lou's for 40 + years in Chicago n here at Camelback . We've ordered from this location B4 n never had a problem ?! But something was very wrong with this pizza no flavor chz was not stringy when you bit into it like it usually is even after I reheated it thinking maybe it wasn't hot enough ?! It was the flattest deep dish I've ever seen skimpy on toppings n we ordered extra chz this was NOT EXTRA??? Pizza really missed the mark . No flavor in the crust or the sauce . My thoughts are they changed the recipe changed their chz provider or the person who made this pizza is new n they missed a step or two ??! It was suppose to be a treat !!!?

I’d ordered a large sausage pizza with extra sausage because the last time I’d gotten a sausage pizza it didn’t have enough sausage on it. This time it was perfect! It tasted just like the Lou’s in Chicago. This is the only place I’ll order pizza from!

The pizza was good and service was friendly but I ordered and paid for the Chicago Classic and received a cheese deep dish pizza. It still tasted good, but I paid for a pizza that cost about $5 more than the one I received. Unfortunately I was quite far away from the restaurant when I started eating so it wasn't worth going back.

We had courtney as our waitress and she's a Chicago native and she was so much fun! Full of energy and very attentive!!! We would go back just to hang out with her!

I placed an order for a med size pizza thin crust and fried wings. what I got was thin as hell little sauce on the pizza and my sausages was so little in sizes that I couldn't tell what it was. Also they didn't even cut my pizza what the hell, call back to complain and was told I should have stated that I want my pizza cut. what! pizza was dry as hell. The wings was not fried but air fried. I will never order here again, this not a Chicago style people.
