I came strictly to try the Loco Moco (with hamburger patty). The Loco Moco was very tasty. The burger had a nicely charred flavor,and the egg and the rice were cooked perfectly. I also ordered Cream Cheese Rangoon. I wasn't very pleased with those. They were over cooked and I didn't detect much cream cheese. But I didn't come for the Rangoon, so you still get my 5 stars ✨️ Great job Love Hawaiian BBQ.Parking: Parking was abundant.

I'm from Hawaii, lived there until I was 21 yrs. Old, haven't made it back since, & when I saw the Hawaiian BBQ sign I decided to go in & check it out while I waited for my pizza from next door. As soon as I started reading the menu I was immediately transported back home. My favorite snack of all time was in the menu, & I ordered the Spam Musubi. It was well portioned, & much more filling then just eating the usual snack. I've been back & tasted Kalua Pork, even that tasted authentic!! Just love it & am now a regular customer

First trip to this restaurant. Pat and I ordered a Hawaiian Plate with Chicken Katsu and Kalbi Beef together with macaroni salad and cabbage. In addition we had coconut curry rice with tempura chicken and a side order of spam musubi. We have eaten at Leo's, Land L, Ono's, and several others. Spam musubi was over flavored and nori was tough. Macaroni salad was good. Kalbi was lean and tasty, curry was tasty. Pick up service was good and prompt.

Was in town and decided to stop by with the family. Good food, normal prices. Wish the sizes were a tad bigger for what you pay on some dishes but it wasn’t too little either. Guy at the counter was really helpful and kind. Would try again if I’m back in town. Ps: some of the tables were sticky, would be 5 star otherwise.
Had a teriyaki bowl. Flavor of the chicken was pretty good. The rice was too mushy for my taste & definitely not enough veggies. Staff was friendly & quick but the place was dead for lunch hour.

So my husband and I came here to have lunch together last week. We had two entrees, the barbeque chicken and the katsu chicken. It was SO disgusting. The barbeque chicken wasn't cooked all the way, slimy and pink inside, it was SO dry, and springy! The katsu chicken was even worst! JUST DISGUSTING! The only thing that was edible was the macaroni salad. I asked the guy for teriyaki/barbeque or orange sauce he said," what do you mean, we only marinade with teriyaki," and then he said he gave me orange sauce for the katsu chicken already and then said I can offer you Sriracha..." like what?! We were the only ones in there, so.. I know why now. There's NOTHING Hawaiian barbeque about this place! The food you get looks NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES! Do not waste your money!
