Very disappointed! We placed an order on a Friday night thru Uber Eats. We waited 90 minutes only to have the delivery driver arrive at Mama Ginas and be told that they werent filling delivery service orders. Then why allow the order to be placed at all? How about a phone call? Letting customer wait 90 min for nothing! Wont order from you again. Took my money elsewhere.

Do NOT Go! Save your time and money. Horrible service. We made reservations and did not have our table ready. They did not make the effort to accommodate our party. Should have guessed it was low class since they didn't have customers when we walked in. Never been here before nor will we return. HUGE ZERO!!!!

They used high school kids to work late hours on school nights only to let them go only to let them go via text message for an unexpected shift on a school day, or for asking for a weekend off even with advanced noticed. Will be reporting to Better Business Bureau. This place should treat their employees with more respect. In regards to the customer service the kids are good and once again owners and management are the issue. Many have seen the horrible way the employees are treated. I'm sure this once sinking business will sink again for good. Food is not worth the prices. Bar is poorly stocked.

My husband and I had dinner here prior to a Pearl Jam concert. Westgate was slammed, and we wound up finding ourselves at Mama Gina's. We were seated quickly, but told they were fairly busy and we should expect 30 minutes for a pizza. Our server, Angel, was awesome- extremely efficient, friendly, and happy to offer suggestions as they were out of the pizza we initially chose. We were seated, ordered, got our food, a box to take extra home, and our check all within 60 minutes, and the food was great! We will be back.

When we said "we're ready to order dinner" the waiter said "I can take your order, but it will take me a few minutes to ring it in." SO????? My husband ordered spaghetti and meatballs and I ordered a margherita pizza. My husband got his food TWENTY MINUTES before I got my pizza! And, my pizza wasn't even made right (no basil). This is not the first time we have has a bad experience there, but it's the last time. Unfortunately it's slim pickins when you're trying to get to a hockey game on time!

I had read a more recent review and was a little bit concerned… But I’m here to tell you we had nothing but an awesome experience. It was a busy night with a concert taking place but we were able to sit right down, attentive service, great pizza, and a food local pizza joint vibe. Hiiighly recommend the Buffalo Chicken Ranch pizza!!! Sooooo good! And reasonably priced!

Went here for first time for early dinner on a pleasant day. Were only customers, and Requested to sit outside, and was told no, they weren't seating customers outside. Was freezing inside with the fans and AC blasting. 1 pizza was black on bottom, and other pizza didn't come out for several minutes later, and toppings were different than how server explained. Was looking forward to sitting outside and trying a new place...unfortunately, won't be back.
Stopped in for lunch while shopping. Pizza didn’t have much flavor. It was good size and plenty of topping just sauce was bland. Server was good and attentive.

Came down for dinner in Westgate Plaza met some friends at Mamma Gina's pizza . We really liked the pizza and salad . Location very crowded Friday night we had party of 7 . We all ordered different dishes I had the Pizza very good on a great crust generous toppings . The server tonight kept checking on us through experience . Location and food and service all good I would come back and recommend you do to .

We were visiting West gate and looking for a place to eat the first place we chose was busy and we weren't even greeted so we decided to leave and we found this cute little pizza shop on the corner. We were greeted and sat almost right away and we had the option to dine inside or out. The food was fantastic everything tasted well. We haven't found a pizza place in our area that we have liked until now! The reason I only give it four stars was because we wanted to try a pizza that is at the top of their list and our waitress said she highly advise us not to order that pizza because everyone finds it disgusting. We decided to still go with the order and get the pizza later to find out they are out of the sauce for that pizza. I found it weird that a pizza that everyone hates is out of ingredients and sauce and also is at the top of the list on their menu. To me if I'm going to a place to eat and want to order something on the menu I would never expect a waiter to tell me I shouldn't.

Best pizza in AZ and amazing prices, happy hours is A1. Visiting from New York so I know good pizza when I eat one????? I will definitely be back every trip to Arizona! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

Great little pizzeria. It's the old fashioned brick oven style pizza not factory pizza. Great area and location. And the staff is extremely friendly and helpful with placing others. The food was very good and the atmosphere was even better.
