We were very disappointed on our first visit to this place. We arrived at Manna BBQ at 9 pm and waited about 10 or 15 minutes for our order. However, 9:15 pm was the last day to order in this restaurant, and the staff didn't inform us. When we reminded the receptionist, they said there was a sign stating that 9:15 pm was the last day to order. When I asked where that sign was, the receptionist said someone had taken it down. The service was unprofessional. I hope everyone will consider this before coming here, because for me, this is not a place to have a great experience.

Very disappointing experience. The lady at the door showed zero customer service or appreciation for waiting customers.

When I politely asked how much longer it would take to be seated, her response was, “You’ve only been waiting 20 minutes, it will be another 30 minutes.” The tone came across as dismissive, as if my time didn’t matter at all.

Customer service starts at the door, and unfortunately this interaction completely turned me away. I will not be returning.

I know our waiter was constantly busy-poor guy. So I'll forgive the service. The food was delicous!! I enjoyed everything..sort of 😅 They also had my favorite icecream flavor red bean paste 😋 *side note big people might struggle in the seats fyi booth style

Update: linda did a great job at making up for the discruntled employee. She went above & beyond to make sure Manna is one of our favorite places to go. She knew exactly who we were since we all go often & big groups at that. We greatly appreciate her hospitality & how she kept her word. Sometimes one bad apple can ruin a bunch but Linda made sure to show that is not how they run business & made sure we were happy.
We will definitely be back & appreciate Linda & our favorite Manna family!

We have visited this location many years , one person a manager at that named Luchiana was beyond rude from the start. She expected 8 ppl to sit in a 6 person table. We asked nicely can we please have a bigger table she said we were going to inconvenience all parties waiting to be seated & walked away very irrate when our server said its not a problem. She was already upset with us so when we went to utilize our gift card she said it was a scam & we need to just hurry & pay bill. It is not a scam & have used Giftly many times. She refused to help & said we need to call & ask for Linda if we want to complain. She refused to assist us in any way & threatening to call security when no one in our party reacted as Luchiana did. As a business owner myself I would not allow someone to be in a manager position if they do not know how to handle a situation where a person needs to be calm, helpful & assist in anyway possible. Linda has always been very nice respectful person & to have someone come in & handle it in a way that Linda would not have done is very disappointing. One person can ruin a good place & I hope she does not continue to treat ppl in such a way! She seems to know she can get away with it by the way it was handled..horrible !!

Worst service ever. We had Chris as our server and he barely provided any service throughout the whole night. Waited 45 minutes for our drinks. Received our appetizers at the end of the night. Waited 15 minutes after the kitchen was closed to ask us if we wanted anything else. We have never left a restaurant hungrier than we arrived.
