The service was half and half please let me explain my wide ordered a culichi Roll had no flavor initially we were surprised how fast the sushi roll came out but we figured it out we eat sushi all the time at different locations you can name it we have been there the sushi roll that was delivered was supposed to be a empanizado which means it's deep fried and should come to you hot that was not the case it was cold and thats not even the worst part sushi has 2 ends we discovered that our roll had a 3rd end (the culito) in the center meaning it was probably eaten off of and the rest was completed from another plate secondly when we mentioned the roll was cold the only offered to warm it up I can only imagine good establishments would just replace it no questions asked i ordered a shrimp alfredo which i get it's not the house special so I waited about 30 minutes for my food. Call my wife sat there with her cold sushi roll. Ultimately, we ended up sharing my pasta. I'm not saying that this place, it's all bad. The beer was cold. The environment was great. I remember when this place opened. Service was great food was immaculate. Obviously, as establishments create better reputations and get busier, I see some places lose quality. Like I said, if you wanna listen to music and drink cold beer, this is the place the food has gone downhill in conclusion when I got my bill, I did not want to pay for the sushi roll but my waiter just argue with me. I'm not going to argue over $20, but nowadays food is very expensive. Especially eating out restaurants should be more. Then capable to satisfy the customer's needs. Not just think about stuffing a few dollars in their pocket. I never really complain. Ed, I come from an upbringing that you get what's on your plate and that you eat it no. Questions asked no complaining, I know a lot of people can Relate, where I'm coming from?

I stopped by here with some friends and the staff seemed to really ‘enjoy’ (😡) my “JALISCO” t-shirt. Plot twist: I’m from Michoacán jajaja but nonetheless the ribeye steak I had was very tasty 👍.

Great food . Great people. The music's noise level is good. You can still have a conversation . Not like other places where the music is just too loud.

If I could leave zero stars I would but their customer service is below -100 I had two babies had to use the restroom offered to pay for a service and they still refused my service so do not recommend very rude. If you are not Hispanic they will turn you away if I could leave zero stars, I would

Good vibes good service but the food was Garbage took my brother for his birthday dinner with tip and the 70$ reservation fee 500$ for a family of 6 adults and and 2 kids no alcohol at all. Just the food was not what I was expecting for those prices after looking at the reviews I guess I’m not the only one that also has a similar opinion.

Disappointing Experience All Around. I recently dined at El Dorado 3 for my mother’s birthday and unfortunately it was not a good experience.

When our food finally arrived, it was a letdown. The birthday girl ordered a 7 mares, and it was lacking any seasoning and flavor. My daughter ordered the classic Guamuchilto Roll which tasted so bad she couldn’t take a second bite.

We tried to flag down our server to address the issues, but it took another 10 minutes for them to come back to our table. When we mentioned the problems with our meals, they seemed indifferent and offered no solution, not even an apology.

We decided not to stick around for dessert and asked for the bill. The overall experience left us feeling very frustrated.

Came in and was sat down by the hostess then another employee approaches us to leave because we had our service dog. Our fur baby was kind and just sitting next to us with no one else around us or a close distance. I won’t ever come back here again. It’s overpriced and overrated. Look at my other 5 star reviews for other mariscos that are local. You’ll have better service there.

I don't like mariscos because it's Mexican seafood. I only like American seafood lol. Also I don't like sushi because raw fish ewww. And plus that's Japanese. I only l one American raw fish lol. But I especially don't like El Dorado sins. They are sinning 3 times.

The food is good, the 18% mandatory tip is an exaggeration with the overbearing attitude of the waitresses

0/5!! Horrible food and petty service. This plate was “$65” that had to be redone, when brought back it was 80% fat and missing the rubbery lobster tail, with completely undercooked vegetables. To top it all off they tried to charge the full amount for food they threw away themselves! Only good thing was the drink. Overall, I would avoid this place, they don’t care about the food or their service, just the presentation and little birthday sparklers! News flash if your cooks don’t know how to make a dish… don’t put it on the menu!

But 5 stars anyways because I know it’s up to me to come before or after the Banda starts playing. But extremely good ostiones preparados. And habaneros wrapped in bacon.
