Very bad customer service. Waitress just walked around and ignored us I had to wave them down in order to get help. They served us with out silverware, my mom paid for band and waitresses to sing happy birthday that didn’t happen and nobody let us know.I asked for water with ice and slice of lemon they brought water bottles.The music was super loud you couldn’t hear your company. We planned on spending a lot of money at this restaurant my cousins birthday we wanted it to be special and it was ruined ?. I understand things happen band didn’t show up but common courtesy would have been we are sorry for the inconvenience however here’s a discount or your full refund we didn’t get anything!!!!!! We definitely will never come back and hope that in the future no one experiences the bad customer service or gets ripped off it’s not the money that counts but the respect for our time and the responsibility their restaurant has to treat people fair and honestly.

If I could give 000 stars I would. But this place is the absolute worst. Last night (Friday night) we arrived at 11:50pm right away the host explained they are no longer serving hot food. I ask myself why aren’t they if they close at 2. Somewhere on their website should say the stop selling hot food at 12 but they don’t. As we sit down I see the host signaling the waitresses “another table came in literally looking so bothered”. We order our food and they all start moping floors and cleaning up. As a server myself I know to never clean when clients aren’t done eating if so they will feel rushed to get out. And we never want a customer to feel that kind of way. We get our food, I order a sushi my husband gets the coconut meal. Let me tell you my sushi was mainly filled with all rice and lots of cream cheese and I tell you LOTS of cream cheese. I was very disappointed. And then my husband tried his coconut off the bat you could tell the coconut was old the water tasted awful for 29$ we were just not having a good time. And then waitress comes up and says are you guys ordering my food so I can bring the bill so you can and husband cut her mid sentence and said so we can leave and she said no no just so I can know you’re done eating I’m bringing the check… we are Never coming back here again.

Visited El Dorado on a Sunday. Great atmosphere, a little too loud when it comes to ordering food but food, was great. However, the service could have been better. Our server name is Regina. She took our order wrong, and she brought to the name extra plates of food that we did not order, and we still had to pay for something we did not order since she would not take it back. It took forever for her to come to our table. Our appetizers were served, but we did not get plates, so we had to pick from the main plate. We tried to get another server's attention, but she totally ignored us, I locked eyes with her and even waved my hand, but she just kept going. It was on a Sunday, so it was not a packed house.

I went Monday Feb. 5, very bad service from the waitress in a blue blouse... she didn't take the time to ask what else we were doing, we have no cutlery and plates for the appetizer... she left things, and left every time without asking if she was She occupied something else, and with a bad attitude... only to go to the tables next to the kitchen so she could eat and be in the cell. Very bad? we left a good tip because in the end the food was good but the truth is the waitress was horrible!
Went to this place for my wife’s birthday with friends been here many times and always a good time, but this time the service and the atmosphere was horrible, was told we had to pay for a table and pay up front thru zelle for $70 with a drink well the drink never came and we asked in 3 different occasions for it and the drink never came We asked to cancel the drink because we were all done eating and they refused instead they purposely brought it out ,long story short manager never apologized, the waitress never apologized never brought us drinks nor water to wash down our food no napkins no limes and to make things worse the banda was handing out the mic to a small child singing his lungs out “like if you pay for a song sing it don’t have a 4 year old screaming his lungs out on the mic singing it that’s why they get payed $40 a song” And the table they provided us was literally next to the speakers full blast, Not my first but for sure my last time here!!! Service was so bad we still got charged 70 ish in tips on our checks and got heckled to pay parking what a joke of an establishment never again

Horrible experience, it was my birthday dinner and these people talked me into buying a 70$ celebration table.. I had previously called to make a reservation, we get there and we still had to wait about 20 mins to be seated.The finally sat us at our table and took us about 35 mins to realize that everyone was being helped but us.. not even a basket of chips or anything.. I had to call a waitress and turns out they hadn’t even scheduled us a waitress.After another 15 mins of waiting someone finally showed up and brought out some chips and left.. another 20 mins go by and we don’t even have drinks !I had to call the waitress again, after 1 hour 40 minutes WAITING! (Wish I was kidding) someone finally showed up to take our order (at this time two tables of multiple people had already been swerved and they got there after us.We ended up getting our food 2:Hours 30 mins LATER than the time we had arrived the restaurant was practically empty by then, we also had order more drinks since the food was taking long and the waitress never came back with our drinks and when I told another waitress for our drinks she immediately came back and took them.The package that they had offered us include table decor a “cake” (a slice that we didn’t even get! ) the happy birthday song played by the Banda at our table (which they also didn’t do) and a bottle of of mango din Julio) I’m honestly super mad because they ruined my entire night! And they still had the NERVEEE to charge us 18% gratuity!I’m sorry but I’m never coming back. They’re customer service just sucks, they definately had a preference to serve the “nicest looking, more money, older people type” because our table wasn’t given the right attention and respect…

I was craving seafood ona Saturday, so we decided on our spot....But there was a disgusting smell in the restroom and there was no hand soap in the womens restroom. This was at 3:45pm. So,imagine later in the evening when it's packed with people and germs. No thanks! I use to love this place but its let me down the past 2x I've been here. Won't be back.

Horrible service meat and rise was burn showed the server .all she did was smile and said ok and took the whole plate and left and not even an apology or remake was made couldn’t even chew that meat of how burn that meat was made …besides that they chose the tip added on ticket without asking just got charged for something didn’t eat . Just HORRIBLE service !
