The service was terrible and extremely slow at 8:17 pm. The 2 cheeseburger meal I ordered and waited an unusual amount of time to get were lukewarm and dried out with buns that were burnt on edges. The French Fries tasted like they had set under the light way to long and also were luke warm. I sent the French fries back and asked for fresh ones and by the time I got them of course the Cheeseburgers were even colder and just terrible. I don't suggest anyone to eat at this McDonald's.

I stopped going here because I never see them use gloves. Take a sec to look. They take your order with their fingers, take ur money, turn around touch your fries putting them in a bag and then you eat that. Not always but they are short staffed. I've seen it. Today my fries and chicken sandwich taste like it's been there for hours. Hard and chewy. I'm not far away to return it but I'm home. This sucks cause my food is nasty

Staff is unprepared and sarcastic. Card machine was down and they didn’t inform customers until after they ordered which caused the line to back up. Staff needs more training on customer service
I made a mobile order of two McMuffins and one pumpkin spice coffee and a caramel coffee frappe went on the app all of these things were listed as available, but when we got to the McDonald’s, they then notified me that they were out of pumpkin syrup and then proceeded to tell me that they’re also out of the Mc griddle buns, so basically they didn’t have the majority of what we actually ordered as listed on the app which was very frustrating as we were running a little late already, and the fact that the food wasn’t ready by the time we got there was upsetting as well. Manager was helpful, but not simply notifying me and then after I asked what my options were then she told me .

My complain is they never answer the phone for anything in the world . ..how can you guys be a restaurant and not answer the phone ? Other then that food is great ?

Pulled in at 10:32 AM and ordered breakfast, they informed me that they stopped serving breakfast at 10:30 AM.
Not sure why they care if it was two minutes past, there’s no flex in there schedule or why they even care what I eat and when.
Typically only get breakfast at McDonald’s and now they’ve sent me to one of their competitors.

Ordered via the mobile app. Food was obviously made to order and super hot & fresh. WiFi is Walmarts and they make you register for their silly site before you can use. Overall a good experience as far as McDonald’s go.
Parking: Walmart parking lot and adjacent lots as well.
