Just came from this location as of right now. Wait times to receive food orders are long understandably. Upon entering the restaurant there was about 40 people in the lobby either eating or waiting for orders. While waiting for my order, I just witnessed a couple getting upset with the order taker as he was trying to explain everything but this couple kept escalating their conduct to the point where they were screaming at the staff. During the barrage of this the couple was seen using racial slurs directed at the staff and heard the staff repeated racial slurs at the couple to the point where I thought it was going to get physical. Phoenix police 911 was contacted while this fight was going on which were called by me and not the staff. Of course the couple leaves screaming and arguing on the way out. Next thing I hear is this employee using the N Word and states he was on probation. I have no words to describe this location except that this location is unsafe to be at currently

Just was in the drive thru and got my kid some food and asked for a dr pepper. The girl handed me a drink that was all carbonation no syrup. I told her thats not a dr pepper and she began to argue saying it was dr pepper. I told her no its not when it looks like that there is no syrup in the cup your handing me. It's not dr pepper. Instead of making it right or saying sorry for her mistake, cause it was her mistake cause if she had been paying attention or caring what the soda looked like then ahe would have noticed the clear cup she handed me. Instead of making sure she changed the box she refused to fix the drink to make it what my kid wanted. So she was forced to get something else. She needs an attitude adjustment and learn how to accept responsibility for things like that. All she had to do was fix it and not argue. I'll be reporting this to corporate.

I hadn't been to this store in a while. Ordered the big breakfast and it should just be called a deconstructed sausage biscuit. Regular big breakfast no longer has pancakes. The remodeled store has removed all self service items. No ketchup, utensils, soda machine or coffee available at the counter anymore. Their counter doesn't have a menu anymore. If you use the kiosk, it won't take your payment and will direct you to the counter for payment. The playground is closed. Unfortunately, we won't be going back to this place. Really there's no reason to go here instead of a sitdown service restaurant.

This has to be the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. Ownership doesn’t care either, tell them about a food allergy they ignore you. I’ve gone through the drive thru a few times and only a couple times my simple order was correct. I’ll be sending my complaint to corporate. The employees are rude, they don’t get the orders right. But all I can do is post this review and hope I can drive some traffic away from this McDonald’s. Sadly the name anime will keep people coming here.

This is the worst mc Donald’s in the area. They’re always forgetting to put things in the bag. I order delivery from door dash pretty often and always disappointed when it comes from this location. Nobody checks to ensure everything is accurate. I order a big breakfast and a sandwich combo. There should be 2 hash browns total, I only get 1. EVERY SINGLE TIME! Go to any other location than this one if possible.
The attitude of the employees here are absolutely horrible!! I will never go back to this particular McDonald’s ever again. After receiving my order & dealing with the attitude of the girl who took my order, I sat @ the drive-through window that I was told to pull up to so I could speak to a manager about my order and the attitude that I received & no one ever came so after I got home, I called and spoke to the manager and even though she said thank you for letting me know what happened. She actually acted as if she didn’t care at All. Don’t ever go to this McDonald’s they are so rude. They have the attitudes that they don’t give a damn about how they treat people even though without us as the customers, they wouldn’t have a job!!! 😡
