Yea don’t order here. Go down the street to a different one. I order food through the app and when I arrived the associate came out and said they were closed and go cancel my order. Well guess what that was a lie. I wasn’t able to cancel. I contacted mc Donald’s through the app guess what they said: the store has to refund you. I spoke with the manager on the phone and guess what she never refunded me. Bad customer experience and service.

I come here almost every morning for my decaf coffee. Every time I get my 2 coffees and when I get half way through drinking it I end up with a mouth full of coffee grounds.. I appreciate that this location is always up for brewing me my coffee… some other locations won’t but, I really wish I didn’t get coffee grounds with my coffee.. it’s an awful experience taking a good sip and coffee grounds end up in your mouth it’s disgusting.. 🤮 let’s work on this issue.. I did speak to one of the managers about this issue. Her name is Alyssa. I apologize if I spelt that wrong but anyway, she gave me a replacement of two fresh cups of decaf coffee, which I really appreciate and she’s going to get with the night crew to try to solve this issue and I really appreciate that as well. I know we can better serve our coffee and I know that this situation will improve. Thank you.

Newly renovated McDonald's. I walked in first thing are kiosk. I want to talk to a person. I walk around to the 1 cashier. You see no one else because they all all behind a wall. The girl was very slow which I get it. There was a customer befor me but the poor girl was having a hard time. Next the manager comes out and tells her go check on the bathroom when your done. I walked out and said to the manager this ridiculous. No people interaction at all.

went around 7am to pick up my breakfast mobile order, ladies at the windows were so nice, extremely quick service and everything was hot and fresh (rare for online ordering anywhere)!! great job morning crew!

The location on 43rd and Thunderbird is the most consistent when it comes to getting my order right. They also don't skimp when you ask for extra onions/pickles/toppings

Don’t EVER eat here I have ordered big Mack on Friday and I had sever food poisoning from it that for last 2.5 days I can’t get out of bathroom My family suffers cause I can’t even work or cook any food for my kids I can’t even drive them to school I have lost 10 lbs and I can’t stop vomiting and having diarrhea How people can do this to customers ? Wash your hands make sure your food are is clean and serve it clean so people don’t have to suffer or go find another job out of food Industry but don’t do this to customers we just come go eat not to end up in Emergency room cause you are careless I got two bottles of IV now and went to this store to talk to Manager . She was just acknowledging that I got sick and that’s if no any apology and I could literally die and my kids will loose Mother just cause I wanted to eat stupid Big Mack I have nicely asked him to not to kill other customers and to protect customers we are trusting them with our lives and they are positing us Don’t ever eat here

Newly remodeled and there is no baby changing table in the bathroom? Seems like a dumb idea!

Pulled into drive thru it was 10:28, I asked if I could order lunch and was told it was OK.I ordered 2 Bigmacs, a large fry and a sprite. Paid for my food, then sat in drive thru for 10 minutes waiting for my food. Honked my horn the so called manager came to the window, with an attitude. She proceeded to tell me I had to wait,because they were working on it. She then tell me it's because I ordered lunch to early. She was very rude and her customer service sucks. I will not be returning to this Mcdonald's. Then my food was just thrown in the boxes. They need to find better employees. As I was leaving she tells me next time order lunch at the right time. I work in customer service and that is not the way you treat customers. If I could give a zero star I would.

This one is newly remodeled. Walked in and immediately was stepping in stick.....walking through dinning area to play area just literal crunchy everything. It sounded like I was walking in chips all the way through the place! Not a single clean table, chair or booth in the while place! There were workers somewhere i assume.....but couldn't get service. Left out of disgust anyway. Don't ho here...at least not inside....but if they It looked like that wjete people could visual see, feel, and smell....I can't imagine the kitchen is any cleaner!! Just nasty! Choose a different location!

They remodeled but the kids playground is warm. No air circulation, hopefully they're not done and will fix that issue before summer comes.
