This McDonald’s has gone downhill, and management clearly doesn’t care. First off, the lobby was filthy—trash everywhere, tables sticky, and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in hours. The bathrooms were even worse, with actual poop in the middle of the floor! I told the manager THREE times, and they didn’t even respond—just kept stuffing fries into bags like it wasn’t their problem.
On top of that, there’s a serious homeless problem at this location. I understand that people are struggling, but management does nothing to handle the situation. People were sleeping in booths, asking customers for money, and making the whole place uncomfortable and unsanitary. If the staff refuses to address basic cleanliness and safety concerns, how can they expect customers to keep coming back? I won’t be returning.

Just called to make sure ice cream machine was working. Employee answered and unsure if working or not, asked if they could check and she hung up. It would be nice to get some response, maybe some customers service etiquette training would be good for the employees. Thank you

Drive thru with mobile ordering is usually pretty fast. I ordered a double filet-o-fish and in my car saw it was a single. I walked in and told the guy no big deal I’ll just wait for a new one. It took 17 minutes. There was a girl in there who was waiting before I even walked in so she must’ve been eating at least 18 mins lol. I thought they would’ve let me keep the mistake sandwich but they took it back and threw it out. Was disappointed.

Do not come to this location at night they take forever to give you your food. My lunch breaks are only 30 minuets and even with the mobile app ordering ahead they will still take their sweet time. TERRIBLE. I had it with this location and them taking forever. I've worked at McDonalds before its really not that hard to drop food in the fryer and prep for a rush hour fr. I got it done with a team of 3 working overnight that's why this is so irritating to me. Don't come unless you're okay with waiting 30mins for your food.

Went through the drive thru, was handed the wrong order, watched my order get handed back to the employee by the person in front of me walking back to the window, and then was handed that same opened and messed with food. When I asked for a replacement for the food that had obviously been messed with, the girl with braces working the window at night (didnt get her name) gave me a disgusted face and attitude and even was hesistant to replace the food. And in the end my replacement order was also incorrect.

I just went through the drive thru today and I ordered two McCkichens add ketchup, and I would like to know why there was cheese on them because now I can't eat them because im severely lactose intolerant.
