This store is unsanitary and the staff is dangerous. They have food set aside for people they dont like. I ordered my meal on the app. Im sitting waiting for them to call my number when they do they place it in the pick up section…once the this lady seen what I looked like she hurry and took my food from the pickup area to a undisclosed area which was strange. I get to my food and it didnt even look edible she switched my food out with some sabatoged food. Then when I came back and asked the manager for a refund she literally takes a dollar out the register and says you used a coupon. She wouldnt give me a proper refund with the appropriate documentation needed like a reciept. The lady in the purple is the manager who wouldnt give me a proper refund. The lady in the black is a dangerous lady whos essentially poisoning peoples food…Double check your food at this location they are Dangerous!

We went thru the drive thru and they didn't apply my discount and then they gave me cold French fries and a hard bun. I exchanged the French fries and they asked why I said they were cold and they felt them like I was lying. I mentioned the discount and they said the couldn't do anything about it now. They don't pay attention because they are too busy yapping amoungst each other and not paying attention to their job. I usually don't do this but they have made it a habit.

The surrounding area is in noticable decline, at least l want panhandled this time. The drive thru was severely backed up so I elected to enter the store. The facility appeared clean and functional, the staff appears frazzled which supports the time warp pace as everything here is in slow motion as nothing is accomplished with any sense of urgency. I felt as if my time wasn't valued or respected. I won't eat the food here but to McDonald's credit they do offer excellent iced tea, and to my knowledge it's not laced with endless chemicals and additives like the food is. Good tea but otherwise a thoroughly unimpressive visit. It's not fast food it's just McDonald's flavorless version of food like products.

0/10 no communication no costumer service I’ve gone 3 times for breakfast and have gotten a McGriddle with no patty , next time I come they’re egg burritos tasted cold , now today I’m ordering my meal and they ask me what sauce do I want and I tell them 3 sides of ranch for my family and they gave me 1 and looked right at me smh I work down the street and can’t even get a good meal lol

So I ordered for the app for breakfast two drinks and breakfast sandwich pull in the drive-through. It’s a little long. I waited almost 20 minutes in the drive-through get up to the second window. I get one drink and then a little smart ass girl like we don’t have any breakfast OK so how’s that my problem? I ordered before you guys stop serving. It’s not my fault that I sat in your drive-through for 20 minutes. I ask for my iced coffee? She gave me attitude makes it bring it back to me. would you like to order some food now no keep your garbage food and bad attitude . Also, why is the coffee there like bitter and kind of sour
