Can't even get an order right when it's just 2 vehicles in the drive thru. Paid to have items missing, unfortunately I'm not the type to start digging in a bad to make sure an order is correct before driving away. Lesson learned.

I was the only one in line, Took 10 minutes just to order 3 sandwiches and a coffee. The lady was nice but couldn’t understand a word I said. Or whatever they had going on back there but she was struggling.

every time I go to this location on 59th avenue and Olive the order is always wrong! I had to go inside upon talking to the manager regarding your order staff laughing and making fun of the customer. They scratched their hair and touched their food without washing their hands. The manager doesn't know how to handle the staff she needs to be replaced by older manager.
