What a disaster. The service here leaves alot to be desired. I stood trying to get my order taken for a good 10 minutes. The "manager" bumped into me as she talked shit about a customer in spanish to another employee. The issue here is 100% staff related. There's no way Steve Lanini would have been ok with any of this. At least not back in the day.

They forgot my burgers , and when I went let them know . They said I had all my food . I checked my bag several times before going in to get my burgers, I'm not talking about big macs just simple double hamburgers . I get mistreat & accused of lying for letting them know they forgot 2 simple burgers .

My family went there last night and its was so packed. People waited over 30 minutes just to eat. The same night we all had diareah.. Till the next day. And still have it. The day after. Had to rush to the toilet no matter where we went... Shame on you cooks. Cooking your food fast. And pressing the patties to cook it fast. The register guy was calm and helpful the whole time. Good job !! The hospital confirmed it was food poisoning...

Then threw out the sandwich after a bite. I ate half the other burrito because I've been sick for a few days and I gave the other sandwich away.

It's a McDonald's. I haven't been in one for quite a while, so I stopped in. Food wasn't very good. I used to have about their frys, and now they seemed different. The quarter pounder tasted as if it's 80 percent soy bean meal. If I'm around for another 10 years, maybe I'll stop in again.

I recently visited this McDonald’s location, and I was extremely disappointed by the overall cleanliness of the place. The entire restaurant was a mess floors were dirty, tables weren’t wiped down, and the trash bins were overflowing. To make matters worse, there was a strong sewer smell throughout the building, which made it an unpleasant environment to even stand in, let alone eat. This level of neglect is unacceptable, and it reflects poorly on the management. I hope this issue gets addressed immediately because it’s driving customers away.
Stay away!!! Very rude manager and employees! The food was cold and greasy. I was missing food and I tried to tell them and the manager closed the window on me and said have a nice day come in or drive back through the drive through again? I was confused. Anyways Trash and tree branches all over the drive-through. Trees are not kept well organized and maintain, and homeless people harassing the customers. You have been warned!

I have very, very bad references for this McDonald's, they are terribly disorganized all the time, they forget food, juices, sodas, honey, sugar, everything. I swear that there has not been a single time that they don't forget something. I live very close by. I have the worst experience with this place. ? Many times I preferred to go somewhere else but should someone really put the order here? Right now they didn't make my juices and I have to go back? We need a good manager in this store pleaserrrr

Placed a order for over $30 on the app had my partner pick up the order when she got to the drive thru the refused to give her the order with code and everything a complete waste of time and money , will never go to this unprofessional location again we have done this plenty of times at other locations with no issue but this one acted like it was a hinge issue they were lazy and didn’t want to completely the order . I’ll be layering everyone I know know to complete a review .

This place has great service and my food has been made exactly as ordered every time I’ve been here. I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. I usually come here later at night and it doesn’t matter if there’s a rush or if it’s chill in the drive thru, my order has been correct every time and I’m greeted with the same friendly service every time.
As someone who’s had A LOT of experience working in fast food, this location is doing it right.

This store is one of the worst McDonald's in the valley the store opens at 5am they have a habit of opening the store 10 minutes later and the whole staff is Mexican nobody else wants to work like this is ridiculous the Mexican ladies have attitudes didn't greet me when I came in just looked at me until I ordered
