This location is on some goof-ish and has been the past 6 months. They park you nearly every single time for 1 meal orders no special requests. This time I had 2 snack wraps, no meal and they still parked me. The only worse mcdonalds locations I have been to were the overnight locations in Oakland, California and this location is becoming a lot like those ones.

I had the worst experience this evening with your employee Selena. I never experienced such rude, ugliness behavior! People like her need to be in the back cooking the food if she can’t handle basic customer service skills. I asked her if she could add fries to my order, she told me no because “she wasn’t able to add anything” I said ok and proceeded to pay. After giving me my food and drinks I guess she didn’t like that I was silent or didn’t tell her “thank you” because after giving me my last item she mumbled “be mad” and closed the window!! I confronted her and she she admitted to me by saying “yes I said be mad” I requested her manager, when the manager got there she quickly changed her attitude and said “ no, I didn’t say that”. So not only was she rude, but also calling me a liar in front of her manager. Manager at the time was Zaida. This is unacceptable and I would escalate this issue because that is not okay.

I just don’t understand they have lots of workers but they are super slow they take more than 20 minutes for your order. Don’t recommend.

What a disaster. The service here leaves alot to be desired. I stood trying to get my order taken for a good 10 minutes. The "manager" bumped into me as she talked shit about a customer in spanish to another employee. The issue here is 100% staff related. There's no way Steve Lanini would have been ok with any of this. At least not back in the day.

They forgot my burgers , and when I went let them know . They said I had all my food . I checked my bag several times before going in to get my burgers, I'm not talking about big macs just simple double hamburgers . I get mistreat & accused of lying for letting them know they forgot 2 simple burgers .

My family went there last night and its was so packed. People waited over 30 minutes just to eat. The same night we all had diareah.. Till the next day. And still have it. The day after. Had to rush to the toilet no matter where we went... Shame on you cooks. Cooking your food fast. And pressing the patties to cook it fast. The register guy was calm and helpful the whole time. Good job !! The hospital confirmed it was food poisoning...

Too much joking, talking and playing and not enough working. It's not a playground or hangout. It's your job. Do it. Too, the food was horrible. I ate one burrito. Then threw out the sandwich after a bite. I ate half the other burrito because I've been sick for a few days and I gave the other sandwich away.

It's a McDonald's. I haven't been in one for quite a while, so I stopped in. Food wasn't very good. I used to have about their frys, and now they seemed different. The quarter pounder tasted as if it's 80 percent soy bean meal. If I'm around for another 10 years, maybe I'll stop in again.

I recently visited this McDonald’s location, and I was extremely disappointed by the overall cleanliness of the place. The entire restaurant was a mess floors were dirty, tables weren’t wiped down, and the trash bins were overflowing. To make matters worse, there was a strong sewer smell throughout the building, which made it an unpleasant environment to even stand in, let alone eat. This level of neglect is unacceptable, and it reflects poorly on the management. I hope this issue gets addressed immediately because it’s driving customers away.
