On Google maps this locationnis claiming that it is a 24 hour service location. I waited roughly 10 mins in both "order here" and no one answered. I walked the drive through lane to see if if there was a car in the drive thru lane and not a dam thing but me... What sense does it make to claim a 24 hour restaurant if most mcdonalds opens up at 5am?????

It's Sunday, December the 29th. I want to give a big shout out to John and the crew working this evening. I was at the establishment having a soda, minding my own business well waiting for the city bus to arrive to get back to my hotel. There was a transient that approached asked me to use my battery pack to charge his phone I said NO because my bus was approaching. He yelled and called me everything in the book in front of the restaurant. I want to say thank you to the crew working that night they defused what was going on. I think us as Americans need to rally around the ones less fortunate and as Americans need to come up with a plan to help the people who are just down and out. Were all Americans and as Americans we all bleed the red, white and blue we as Americans can prevent this from happing to someone else..

I usually co.e to the location for iced coffee today they seemed very grumpy and didn't even bother to make the coffee right when I asked for more creamer the workers just looked at me upset. They gave me creamer in the bag when I went to try the coffee they didn't add caramel or vanilla like I asked the coffee tasted bitter. Disappointed and won't be returning to this location.

Cashier walked away with my debit card. After honking my vehicle horn he came back. I then pulled forward to get my order. Asked for the manager to explain. Manager became heated with me. Told him to not let he’s employees walk away with customers cards. He got more angry. Then told him for training purposes don’t let them do that. Even more angry.

Horrible customer service was 10:30 am Sunday I was on line and 2 minutes later they can’t make my order on breakfast because was 2 minutes later . They have breakfast until 10:30 ! Ok I stay and the play place was frozen 🥶 I ask if can turn a little bit up the temperature and they say no they can’t! So bad experience and the customer service was awful

This location is NOT 24/7, I’ve shown up multiple occasions and it’s closed. They should update the app to show they aren’t open, wasted gas and I’m hungry💀🤣

I only go here for the frappes so I can’t say anything about the food, frappes are amazing btw, only place I buy them from since they taste good and rarely ever have more ice than coffee, not to mention that orders are quick, atleast they are around the time I go here.
The employees here are nice and respectful, the people claiming to have done nothing and had employees “lash out” at them or give them intimidating gangster-like discriminating looks clearly were in the wrong, are exaggerating and most likely started the issue, just saying but don’t go to a place if you’re gonna mess with the people making your food, also if they’re out of something, they’re out and you need to either order something else or leave instead of harassing the employees to act like the victim cuz yall I’m really trynna get my frappe and get home as fast as I can but it’s impossible with yall🤷♀️
I must be extremely lucky if I get all the good well behaved employees, very odd indeed🤔 One thing yall are right on is that they don’t talk much, which is honestly a good thing for introverted me, less conversation, less awkward potentially embarrassing moment, faster ordering and faster time getting home.

I think I can count on one hand how many times they actually just did my order correct. Today I sat at the outside land waiting nearly 10 minutes and watched 5 cars in the other lane go ahead that came well after me and I still hadn't been acknowledged at all at the order screen. This place just doesn't care and it makes any potential customer suffer. Do better.

Apparently they don’t want people using the app after midnight, because this store specifically switches to the breakfast menu/deals but then nothing can be done because “they’re not serving that at this time of day”. Why be 24 hours if you can’t serve anything after midnight?
