I worked super late and rolled up at 1 in the morning—exhausted but starving. The guy working (who legit looks like Asmongold) hands me my meal and goes, 'The fries are hot, be careful.' I was like LETS GO. Headed home, and boom—the food was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious right when I needed it most. How do you even complain? Instant 5 stars, this spot is clutch for late-night cravings! Chat GTP did not need to remove basic profanity from this review.

As a paying customer, I believe it is reasonable to expect respectful communication, accurate service, and a welcoming environment.
Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect those expectations. Situations like this not only impact customer satisfaction but also influence future decisions about where to dine.

So I placed an order about 10:15, plenty of time before breakfast ends. I get there and I get a notification says my order was cancelled?! I think the rule should be when you place an order it will be ready not canceled once I arrive at the store. Manager just said sorry if you’re not here by then the order is canceled because it’s past 10:30am. This whole stop 10:30am breakfast is nonsense. Should be 12pm, because it’s the afternoon. 10:30am is still morning. I’ll just go to jack in the box, at least they offer ALL DAY BREAKFAST!!!
It's known that they always mess up orders but tonight upset me, I typically just get my kid food cuz I don't have a lot of money but I can't go shopping till the first Wed of the month cuz that is the only time I can afford it nowadays so tonight I'm exhausted and hungry so I get two cheeseburger happy meals , and a 6pc nugget and a oreo dessert for my kid and it's hard enough being particular about food, my kid is too and others who are neurodivergent understand so anyway I get to the window and get a third of my order and the person is confused that I'm waiting for the rest, I tell them specifically that I am waiting still on a cheeseburger happy meal with ketchup and pickles only and he hands me a happy meal after I give my receipt and then I have to go back, luckily I was in the lot still because they also forgot the MC flurry. A nice kid got it for me and then I get home to find no cheeseburger in her happy meal. That's whatever but now I have no receipt bc he has it and nobody answers the phone. I am not going all the way back and fast food is supposed to be convenient not a roll of the dice if you get what you asked and paid for. I get everyone has bad days and people make mistakes but they can't do better or hire better (people who care about efficiency) if it's not addressed. I'm so tired bro. Maybe it's the autism but come on, when it's more times than not, that is an issue. Im annoyed, not angry but mostly just venting I guess. I gotta make better choices.

24 hour drive through is amazing.
Idk what jerk who has no life skills prepared my hamburger but this is unacceptable..... It's always an issue at this location. If I could post a picture of this nightmare of a hamburger I would. If you don't like your job quit, and if you're incapable of doing the job you should be fired. I was up since 1:00 a.m. and worked all the way up to the time my food was delivered at 3:00 p.m. and this was the first meal of the day..... Idk if it's even safe to eat, Lord only knows what you did to it. Never again McDonald's, I will not be ordering from any of your establishments anymore.
