Fries fine.Had to return, but unfortunately the results were the same, except the fries were limp and hardly cookedService: The two girls working upfront are unpleasant. Slamming people's food on the counter( made all ten of us in the lobby laugh out loud it was so rude) and giving off horrible attitudes.Atmosphere: Ten people in the lobby, all waiting 30+ minutes for their food. Everyone was agitated and clearly ready to leave in frustration.The person who came in directly after me was there still after I drove home, drove back to the location, and was still there when I left. Not a fun experience and it showed as he held back his anger.Clearly, I paid the price for my laziness tonight.

No stars!!! Visited this location before I went to work on 3/20/24 at 10:30 AM. Went to the DT because it was supposed to be a faster service. I paid & the young man told me to drive around and park in the next available spot.Pulled around to find that there were no available spots. While waiting, there were 2 more cars that pulled up behind me after ordering. So now we are blocking traffic coming in & customers trying to pull out of their parking stall.WHY DO THEY DO THIS TO CUSTOMERS?During the 10 mins I was waiting no one came to give me my order, but others that came after me received theirs. Time was ticking to clock in, so I went inside to check.Young man asked me what I needed with an impolite & hasty attitude. I advised him that I didn't receive my order, so he SHOUTED back my order no. and the young woman looked at me and YELLED with an ATTITUDE that they gave me my order.I answered that I wouldn't be standing here if I did. She gave me this stink, unprofessional look, rolled her eyes, cocked her head and said we'll get it right out. NO APOLOGY, NOTHING!!I EVEN PUT MY RECEIPT ON MY DASHBOARD SO THEY COULD SEE WHICH ONE IS MY ORDER, SMH!!!Young man proceeded to tell me people make mistakes. I laughed but told him I understood, but I needed to get to work, and the mistake they made would cause me to be tardy at work.He just shrugged it off. No empathy and still NO APOLOGY from any of the crew working.Finally, with DISGUST & ANGER, I received my order. I did not enjoy eating fast while I was driving to work. To make it even worse, my BURGER WAS COLD AND THE FRIES WERE STALE. I made it work with 3 mins. to clock in. DAMN LIVID!!!If that one person did his/her job correctly,I would've had enough time to sit in the lounge and enjoy my brunch with 15 mins to spare.APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE.NO EMPATHY.UNRELIABLE.IRRESPONSIBLE.QUANTITY OVER QUALITY!!!MCDONALD'S CACTUS & 51ST WORKERS, SHAME ON YOU!!!I WILL NOT BE VISITING THIS LOCATION AGAIN!

The manager was taking and filling orders today. He was definitely overwhelmed as he was short with me and then messed up my order and the food was off. Not the best way to start the dayVegetarian options: English muffins with tomatoesPlain mcgriddles or English muffins

Visited this morning for breakfast via drive-thru. My sausage mcmuffin, halfway through I bit into something hard. I pulled out of my bite a broken, dirty, zip tie! Absolutely disgusted! And what it I had choked or broken a tooth? Unacceptable! Do better McDonald's!

I just left the drive tru and a young lady was with an attitude and did not even give us any of my order right this place sucks hire new people these young kids now a days don’t care if McDonald’s is not for u than don’t work there find something that makes u happy especially dealing with customers paid almost 30 not to have my order correct is crazy

Order through the app and had a fanily member go pick it up. Got there and was told they have no food and were closed, even though the app says they are open until 12am. I called to get a refund and all I heard was alarms screeching and no response for 30 second and was hung up on.
