I just got a double quarter pound from yall and one of the Pattys isn't fully cooked
I placed my order which was one kids meal and a order of chicken nuggets. I was told to move to the front even though nobody was behind me. I told them I would wait until someone pulled behind then I would move.. She told me if I didn’t move she would refund my money and I could leave.., My order came up and the guy was handing our food to us, and she took it and put in the trash... This was my second time coming in within 24 hours, and it took 30 plus minutes both times 2 days in a row. Now the managers that I spoke with, China, and Christine, handled it professionally but I feel this location lacks proper training to be efficient. Every single time I've used this location I either wait 20 minutes or get "parked" whether I ordered a cheeseburger or a full order. It's becoming quite ridiculous.
