This is the McDonalds at Glendale and Litchfield Roads. I waited in the drive thru over 20 minutes, only to end up with inedible food. I fed it to the cats, and they were even hesitant about eating it. Rock hard chicken nuggets and pathetic, cold fries. Never stopping here again.

Has to be the worst McDonald's in existence, have I ever sat in the drive-through for 10mins waiting to order, the best part is when I walk into the restaurant, everyone is smoking and joking like its not busy...

They refused to honor a coupon on the app. I gave them the code, their system errored out and they just told me I’m out of luck. Terrible service.

Was taking off for a road trip Saturday morning, and stopped at McDonald's and tried the steak, egg, and cheese muffin. I have had their old Steak sandwich and have missed it. This sandwich caused over $6. I could have gotten 2 sausage, egg, and cheese muffins and a coffee ā˜•ļø For the same šŸ’°. The sandwich was an absolute waste of time and money. It is not steak. It is a dry, thin hamburger patty. The sausage is much better.

Ordered at the drive through tonight 15 mins before closing arrived home unwrapped my son's cheeseburger just to see a hair sticking out, lifted up the bun to see more hair melted inside of the cheese absolutely disgusting I'm not sure if this was done purposely maybe they were mad because we ordered right before closing either way me and my children will not be going back to this location 🤢

So apparently either yall are hiring idiots or are not training you employees. I tried to give the cashier my code for my mobile app and its didn’t work which is fine. I understand things happen. However, I then offered the QR code for the coupon/points. She didn’t understand what a QR code is. Seriously? Do yall have the special olympics working there or something? She didn’t ask anyone for help so I lost out on my coupon and my points. Do yall hire dumbasses or just not train them?

Let me get this out while it is fresh.
So have you been laughed at before at this location.ade fun of, in front of other employees, even the manager, with nothing coming from it. Well I just did. My experience was so bad I went back in line again to return my food and drink and to get a refund.

I get my food and start to inspect because I always ask for no onions, if you know McDonald's they get something wrong about every other time. I didn't see a sticker on my raper stating no onions. So I had to open it up. There wasn't any onions, but made sloppily and as I was trying not to get ketchup and mustard all over me I dropped burger. As I ask for a new one, the young, very young teenage boy with long hair and no hair net mind you, started to very lousy, while laughing at me to explain what just happened. And that they needed to make me another one. The manager Ms. Kami was right behind him during this interaction.
I waited for my burger. We the very, very young teenage boy, without a hair net, handed me my burger, he stated sarcastically to be more careful with this one. I told him he was rude as hell. As sarcastic as possible he kicked me stating he was sooooo sorry. He didn't even hear me ask for his manager. Ms
kami stated that he isn't normally rude, but she will talk with him. Ms. Kami the manager was behind him during the first encounter???

I drove around to return my meal and to get a refund. Ms. Kami came at me defensively with what did she do wrong. I told Ms
Kami my experience was awful. Finally after a few more minutes I have a refund and an empty stomach.

I don't know how you can mess up so badly. Made a mobile order, nothing crazy. Angel Reese Special. Used points for 6 pc. chicken nuggets. Should have actually looked inside the boxes themselves to verify. The 6 pc. box is just big mac sauce, no nuggets. The quarter pounder didn't have bacon and had a ton of onions. Drink had no flavor, and I had to add soda to make taste decent. Yeah, my mistake stopping by and eating McDs. Never again.
