This normally is the Best McDonalds but today I waited .. honestly over 15 min in drive thru I waited forever to pay and waited at least 10 more minutes at 2nd window for my food.. not sure if it’s a staffing issue or what but it really was ridiculous!! You’d think I’d be getting hot food but my fries were WAY overcooked and burgers cold.. very DISAPPOINTING!!

Avoid this location at all costs. Wait times are ridiculous and they barely get orders correct (literally never remember the drink or apple slices with a happy meal). It was a 40-minute wait for a mobile order that only had 2 hashbrowns, 2 sausage mcmuffins, and 2 sausage biscuits. I didn't see a single employee wearing gloves and I watched a girl handle cash and start touching hashbrowns without washing hands or anything. Terrible terrible location. Go to Dysart and Indian School or further. Just don't waste time or money at this terribly slow and inaccurate location!

Literally the worst McDonald’s to go to if you want prompt service. They ALWAYS take forever. Does not matter how you order whether through the app or through the drive thru and to top it off their bathrooms were closed for no reason so our child couldn’t go and had to wait. For having so many people working there’s no reason to have such poor, slow service

This place is awesome. The ice cream machine is always on and working not like other McDonald’s you pull in the drive-through and ice cream machine doesn’t work or it’s not on if you want ice cream come here?

We had placed a drive-thru mobile order about 20 minutes before we got to the location. Once we got to the location we had waited behind someone for about 10 minutes. After we told them our drive-thru code, they said pull forward and they gave us a receipt. Once we got to the window to get our food we waited about 5 minutes and then she says hey can you guys pull in front of the door so then we can deliver your food when it's ready. We sat there for about 20 minutes and still nothing so my girlfriend went inside and she waited inside for a other 15 minutes. For some cold food. The employees were outside putting some signs on the window and it took two of them to do so when only one was needed and they were messing around half the time. Every time we come here it's cold food and a long wait. It's the only one really in the area so I don't mind it but this really needs to change.

The dining area at this McDonald's is never serviced any time of day I come here, which is quite frequently. Napkins out, tables dirty, and general cleanliness is lacking all around.This is not a one off, the place always needs a good scrubbing
